Forty years ago, Long Island Yacht Sales began operations with a 60-slip marina and four sailboat lines. Our primary purpose was to accommodate all the boating needs to Long Island and the greater New York area, and to introduce new prospective boaters to the beauty of Long Island's Great South Bay.
People came and continue to come to Long Island Yacht Sales because they enjoy the friendly, congenial family atmosphere that prevails. We have welcomed the opportunity to be representatives for such impressive yacht lines as Dufour, Gib'Sea, Hunter, Tartan, C&C, Caravelle and Mainship.
-Long Island Yacht Sales introduced C&C Yachts to the eastern seaboard in the 1960s. Since then the C&C legacy has remained a paradigm in the industry.
-Hunter Yachts have shown to be on the cutting edge of the sailing market providing affordable boats without compromising quality or detail.
-Dufour Yachts long known for exceptional quality and detail are now producing shoal draft and an impressive range of yachts from 32 to 41 feet and the beautifully sailing Gib'Sea with yachts from 33 to 51 feet.
-The Mainship Trawlers and Pilot Boats negotiate heavy water while providing comfort and amenities for family cruising. The live aboard comfort for extended cruising capabilities are offered in models ranging from 30' to 43'.
-The Caravelle has an assortment of models between 18 and 28 ft, which provide he boating public with comfortable fishing and sport boats.
Our staff is dedicated to the tradition of LIYS. Our interest in sailing and power boating enables us to provide courteous, professional service to all our customers. We also offer an extensive selection of previously owned boats that can provide great opportunities for your investment dollar. We are located in the heart of Long Island's South Shore and are here to serve all of your yachting and boating needs.

Long Island expressway east to Exit 56 (route 111)Go south to montauk hwy.(27A). Make a right and head west 1.5 miles, until you see McDonalds.Turn left onto Degnon Blvd. Long Island Yacht Sales will be on the left hand side about 2/10ths of a mile.The sales office is located near the water.
