Accommodations

MAMA B has been diligently maintained and updated over the years and truly fulfills the promise of its former name, Five Star.  She accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms each of which was beautifully updated and appointed by Beverly Lionetti in 2005.  Three of these staterooms, including the Master, are located amidships and accessed via a stairwell on the port side.  The 2 remaining staterooms are located forward of the Country Kitchen galley through a separate stairwell on the starboard side.  All staterooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is an additional day head located on the main deck.  The crew quarters are located in the aft part of the boat and consist of 2 staterooms to house as many as 4 crew.

Salon

The full beam salon features great panoramic views. A comfortable corner seating area has two large sofas with coffee table and an ottoman.  Opposite the seating area is a wet bar with granite top and four club chairs.  A combination of direct, indirect and wall-mounted lamps provides an array of lighting choices. The formal dining area is just forward with comfortable seating for 8.  Concealed on the forward bulkhead of the dining area is a 37" HD Sharp flatscreen TV with satellite receiver, DVD, VCR, surround sound, and AM/FM receiver.  Past the dining salon to starboard is a day head and the main entrance foyer with marble flooring.

Dining

Adjacent to the salon is the formal dining with oval cherry wood pedestal table and eight upholstered chairs.

Country Kitchen

Forward on the main deck is the fully equipped country kitchen with beige carpeting, large windows, plentiful drawers and cabinets, spacious countertops, and a breakfast bar with two chairs. Adjacent to the breakfast bar is a larger casual dining area with a U-shaped settee and a table that can seat as many as 8 in a more relaxed atmosphere.  Even more hidden storage for long trips is available in and around this area.

Master Stateroom

The full beam master stateroom has a centerline king bed, custom spread, shams, and window treatments, two nightstands with wall mounted lights, a settee, vanity table with mirror, and a full entertainment center with 32" HD Sharp flatscreen TV and Sony five disc DVD/CD player.  His and Her private bathrooms share a large shower and a Jacuzzi tub.

VIP Stateroom

The VIP stateroom with en-suite head is located amidships and has a queen island bed with custom spreads shams, window treatments, dresser, full entertainment center with TV/VCR combination and five disc CD player.

Guest Stateroom Amidships

The starboard guest stateroom is also located amidships and has an ensuite head, accent lighting, two beds with custom spreads, shams, and window treatments, a full entertainment center with TV / VCR combination and a five disc CD player.

Guest Stateroom

The forward guest stateroom features a double bed with custom spread and shams and an ensuite head.   The entertainment center includes a 13" Hitachi TV/VCR combination, and Pioneer AM/FM CD player.

V-Berth Guest Stateroom

The fifth stateroom has a V-berth in the bow, and again has an ensuite head. The entertainment system includes a 13" Hitachi TV/VCR combination, and an Alpine AM/FM CD player.

Crew Quarters

The crew cabin is accessed via the cockpit with two single berths, a large closet, head, and a shower.

Captains Cabin

The Captain's cabin has a large double berth, and a separate head with toilet, sink and shower. This cabin has a 13" TV combination unit.

Aft Deck

The large Aft Deck area has a built in settee and freestanding chairs to accommodate 10 guests for al fresco dining around the custom, high-gloss varnished teak table.  This table can be adjusted for cocktail height as appropriate to the occasion.  A stainless steel spiral staircase provides outdoor access to the flybridge on the starboard side.

Down the molded steps, you will find the cockpit which is useful for fishing or watersports setup.  The deck cleats have been reinforced for towing as much as a 35' Center Console tender (not included).  You can access the large integral swim platform through the transom door.  Here at the swim platform you will find four (4) underwater lights and easy access to the water.

Fly Bridge

The flybridge is a great outdoor entertainment area with ample seating, 2 cocktail tables, oversized Jacuzzi, full service wetbar with 4 bar stools, and stereo system.  The Jacuzzi can be quickly covered to become a sunpad with two umbrellas for shade to suit the guests' needs.  A brand new Gaggenau grill allows the chef to add his or her flair to the ambiance as well as the menu.  Brand new deck carpeting softens the feel of the entire deck.

Further aft you will find the watersports deck with 2 jet skis and 17' Novurania tender (90 HP) all of which are launched by a 2000 lb. Marquipt davit.

Remarks

MAMA B has been consistently and professionally maintained over the years, and was completely redecorated by Beverly Lionetti (Interior Designs by Beverly) in 2005.  The recent yard period in February 2008 included new bottom paint, rebuilt bow thruster, reconditioned props, new underwater lights, and a rebuilt davit.  MAMA B is turn-key and ready to cruise upon closing and is a great deal compared to any boat in her size and class currently on the market.
