The VIP Guest Stateroom is located forward with a queen bed and private head.
There is a Guest Stateroom to port with a queen bed and a shared head.
The third Guest Stateroom is to starboard with twin bunks and shares the guest head.
Vessel Walkthrough Equipped with a 6' custom aluminum swim platform, large aft deck and large bow area with forward seating. Upon entering the salon, aft, you will notice the tremendous amount of space that LIV INN has. The salon settee is to starboard with two bucket chairs to port. The entertainment center separates the formal dining area from the salon. Starboard of the formal dining area is the wet bar fully equipped with an icemaker.
Moving forward to port is the U-shaped galley. The Galley is equipped with a 4-burner glass top stove, Whirlpool dishwasher, double sink with garbage disposal, trash compactor, full-size fridge and freezer, KitchenAid convection oven and microwave.
Forward of the dining area, you will see that the owner has completely updated the lower helm station with custom fresh gauges and fresh electronics. The helm has a bench seat running port to starboard.
Moving forward into the forward guest area, you will see that the VIP Stateroom is located forward with a queen-size berth, its own private ensuite head, cedar-lined hanging closet, and ample drawer storage. Just aft of the VIP are the Guest Staterooms. The starboard side has over & under bunks with hanging closet and is adjoined by a head to the second queen bedded Guest Stateroom located to port. Again, this stateroom provides ample drawer storage and a hanging closet.
Moving to the aft end of the boat down a few stairs is the Owner's Private Suite, which has as much space and volume as one would find on a 100' yacht. There is drawer storage down the starboard side with a small L-shaped settee, a king-sized master bed and three large hanging closets. The owner's private head has two side-by-side sinks and a separate stall shower with tub. Moving out of the Master Stateroom, there is a companionway just to the left which houses the over/under washer and dryer, work area and access to the engine room.
