Accommodations Sleeps 8 in 4 staterooms. There are 4 owner and guest staterooms including 3 guest heads. Crew accommodations include 2 berths, 1 head and 1 shower.
Vessel Walkthrough "LADY JAN" features the Viking 4 stateroom/4 head layout. This boat is loaded with custom and upgraded options throughout.
Dining Dinette is located to Starboard and comfortably seats four. All cushions are hinged to ease access of storage below. The table is matching granite. There is additional storage forward in pull out shelves. Forward of the galley is a separate storage area. Teak & Holly sole throughout the dinette and galley area.
Galley There are two drawer style galley refrigerators and one freezer. All three units are Sub Zero. Recessed cooktop, trash compactor, Convection/Microwave is by Sharp. The galley countertop is granite with a stainless undermount sink. Sole is Teak & Holly and there is a sub-electrical panel to port. Storage is accessed above the counter with pull-out drawers, and below where there's regular drawer storage.

Master Stateroom The Master stateroom is located amidship to port. The berth is located athrwartship and the mattress is top of the line. The berth lifts to access cedar lined storage area. Aft of the berth are two double hanging lockers (cedar lined). Two end tables with decorative lamps are located on either side of the berth. The entertainment center has a Sharp 15" TV, Sony DVD/CD/Video player and separate AM/FM/CD player. Custom built in vanity with mirror.
There is private access to the Master Head via the master stateroom. There are Teak vanities, Teak & Holly Sole, granite vanity top, a linen closet and a Head Hunter fresh water head.
VIP Stateroom The VIP cabin is located forward. It has a center line queen berth with a top of the line mattress and storage below. There is plenty of storage, shelf and drawers as well as a cedar lined hanging locker to port. For entertainment, there is a Sharp 15" TV, a Sony DVD/CD player and ships stereo plays throughout.
The ensuite head has private access from stateroom and includes a Teak vanity, granite vanity top, Head Hunter head and Teak & Holly sole.
Guest Stateroom The Guest cabin is located to Starboard. The berths are upper and lower and have upgraded mattresses. The lower berth lifts to access a cedar lined storage area. There is a cedar lined hanging locker with drawer storage below.
The semi-private head has private access via this cabin, as well as access via the companionway. The Guest head vanities are Teak, the Sole is Teak & Holly, granite vanity and the head is fresh water Head Hunter.
Crew Quarters The crew quarters are located amidship to port. The berths are very generous and are in the upper and lower configuration and have upgraded mattresses. There is plenty of covered shelf storage outboard of both berths and a cedar lined hanging locker with drawer storage below.
The separate crew head is accessed via the quarters and it features mirrored vanity, Corian counter tops, separate stall shower, Teak & Holly sole, fresh water head.
Laundry Center The laundry center is accessed from companionway. The center is a stack unit made by Kenmore. Also, there is adequate storage for all laundry supplies in a storage area next to the laundry center.
