ACCOMMODATIONS: OVERVIEW: Sleeps 4 owners and guest in 2 staterooms, plus 2 on fold-out sofa and 1 settee berth for a total of 7 berths. There are 2 owner and guest staterooms including 2 guest heads. VESSEL WALKTHROUGH: Entering from a large hard top sun deck forward to the airy main salon. To starboard, and aft is a convertible sofa (sleeps 2) with hi-low teak cocktail table. To port is the: ship's electrical panel, entertainment center, bar storage and hassock. On the starboard side is the side entry door and inside helm station. Salon decor is in warm hand rubbed teak, Berber carpet, mini-blinds, fabrics and leather are in soft gray/green. Forward and down two steps is the galley to port and convertible dinette (sleeps 2) to starboard. The well-equipped galley offers ample food preparation and pantry storage and the galley sole is finished in teak and holly flooring. Forward of the galley is the guest/day head adjoining to the forward guest cabin which features a large double, V berth with insert, hanging locker and ample general storage. The engine room and central vacuum system are accessed through the lift up galley staiars. Going aft from the salon is the port side passageway to the Owner's cabin with en-suite head and shower, wardrobe locker and lots of general storage. The berth is queen -sized and is on centerline. The vessel is fully air conditioned with reverse cycle heat.

The general arrangement plan is very workable offering many separate seating areas, stateroom privacy, open and airy salon/galley and great headroom in a 44' vessel. The boat feels like a rock-solid 50 footer when you step aboard and enter the salon. 

GALLEY: All galley equipment meets ABYC Chapter A-3 standards.  Norcold DE828 refrigerator 12 volt DC and 110 volt AC two door, fresh water system, water heater, dinette, compactor, Princess stove 110 volt AC three burners with convection oven, Sharp microwave/convection oven, white leather cushion, heater, ice box, stainless steel double sink and white Formica counter.

DECK: Construction of the Tollycraft Yachts are known for their high quality, rugged construction. Hull and deck condition is excellent.  Consists of: cockpit hot and cold shower, boarding gate (starboard), 75# Danforth anchor with 200' chain, 37# Fortress with 300' 3/4 nylon with chain, boarding ladder, (10) life jackets, life line, life ring, side stanchions, swim platform, Bimini bridge top with full enclosure, full sun deck canvas enclosure with windows, transom door, stainless steel anchor hawse pipes, bow pulpit with anchor roller, wash down system, distress kit, (2) helm seats, horn, (2) lockers, radar arch, bow rail, hand rail, rub rail, wind shield shades, Maxwell Nilsson 12 volt DC capstan, Coast Guard safety package, bow light, navigation lights, mesh privacy/sun covers for wind shield, trim tabs, (6) zinc anodes.

OTHER FEATURES: Dock lines, fenders, deck chairs and all the gear needed for extending cruising in comfort and safety.

REMARKS: SPIRIT is in excellent condition and is the finest equipped Tolly 44 on the market, bar none. The current owner is an experienced yachtsman and maintains to very high standards with no expense spared. He has spent over $100,000 since 2003 refitting the boat with new Yanmar diesels, new gen set with Yanmar engine, new engine controls, new electronics, new side exhausts to eliminate "station wagon effect" and to lower engine back pressure, new batteries, new fuel delivery system, freshly painted engine room and on and on. The owner researched and sought out the best tradesmen and top technicians did all of the work. Well known for their bullet proof construction and surprising turn of speed due to the excellent Monk design, this boat burns 6.6 GPH total when slow cruising at 11 knots.

You always feel safe and secure on this boat with excellent handholds, wide walkways, no ladders and 2-step stairways to all levels. If you're 40 years old, you'll wear out before this boat does!

The vessel will survey with very high marks and is highly recommended.
