ACCOMMODATIONS AND WALK THROUGH The below decks joinery, in excellent condition, is teak with the solid teak sole option. The boat can sleep five: two in the master cabin forward, two on the salon dinette, and one on the Pullman berth that converts from the dinette’s backrest. The amidships head has a very spacious shower stall and can be accessed from the forward cabin or through a separate door from the salon. The U-shaped galley is to starboard across from the dinette. Up four steps and through the smoked plexi double slider doors to the bridge deck with its starboard helm and portside companion seating. Down three steps is the cockpit. It’s an easy step up from either side to the amply wide side decks allowing access to the bow via kid-friendly hand grabs & low bow rail. MASTER CABIN Entering through a privacy door, there is a centerline pedestal berth 78” in length. Gas struts allow the rear third to hinge up revealing a nicely finished storage space beneath; beneath that is another hatch revealing the stored central vacuum hose & tools. The forward bulkhead is mirrored and has two reading lights to augment the fluorescent valance lighting and natural light entering through the overhead hatch w/ bug & privacy screens. Headroom is a lofty 82”. A shelf runs around the periphery of the cabin and the carpeting covers the step-up and partial hull sides. There are two hanging lockers and a 10” Phillips TV/VCR, plus a separate A/C control. The ensuite head has a freshwater VacuFlush head, Corian vanity w/ sink & mirrored medicine cabinet, an A/C outlet, overhead hatch for fresh air, and an extremely spacious shower stall with molded-in seat, a towel bar, overhead light, and a large-ish Plexiglas hinged door. SALON The beige portside ‘L’ dinette is 76” X 53” with a dual pedestal high-gloss table w/ hinged tops (teak with light wood insets) that converts from coffee to dinner. There is storage underneath. In its ‘open’ configuration, and with the pedestals lowered, the dinette converts to a double berth. If needed, the backrest hinges up and is supported by two straps to become a Pullman berth measuring 76” X 25”. Lighting is supplied by overhead halogens and Cantiluppi-types, valance lights, and an overhead hatch w/ screens & cover. Aft is the ship’s electrical panel which lives behind smoked plexi doors. The entertainment system consists of a 13” Panasonic TV (satellite-fed), Panasonic DVD player, and a Bose stereo + CD & Bose speakers. There are no port lights and thus no leaks. Additional storage is available inside the steps to the bridge deck. GALLEY Open to the salon, the galley is notable for its storage capacity: a pull-out pantry, under-and-over counter storage lockers & drawers (all with locking-type latches), plus an under-countertop Force 10 dual cook top w/ flush cover that maximizes countertop space. There is indirect lighting, a double stainless steel sink, Panasonic microwave oven, and built-in Black & Decker ‘Spacemaker’ coffeemaker. The upright Norcold refrigerator & freezer (12VDC/120VAC) is an upgrade from the standard item. There is a GFI duplex 120VAC outlet, plus wall-mounted carbon monoxide & smoke alarms for safety. Under a hatch in the galley sole, there is another storage space. DECK EQUIPMENT -

Quicksilver galvanic isolator (protection from electric shock & prevents stray current corrosion) REMARKS Rarely has a boat impressed us as much as this one. Not only is “GK’s Toy” in impeccable condition, but she has been primarily OWNER maintained and all records are available. Regular oil changes for mains, genset AND transmissions, plus zincs replacement (hull and engine), plus new engine cooling hoses and bottom paint were just done in April/May of 2008. Maintenance has been done by the book. There is over $100,000 in factory options & electronics that set this boat apart from any other Tiara 4100 Open on the market. She is truly ‘turn key’. Highly recommended. EXCLUSIONS Included, but not limited to, the fishing equipment, EPIRB, life raft, tools, spare anchor. Name reserved. Potential purchasers should not assume that items on the vessel at the time of viewing and not specifically listed on this offering specification, are included with the sale of the yacht.
