Seller's Disclosure

Spotlight is installed; however, it is not functioning.  The wiring is in place allowing a new owner to easily install a new light.

Owner states that the port side engine hour meter is incorrectly reading 1051 hours.  The true hours of the vessel are in close proximity to the starboard engine reading 777 hours.  Records of engine hours have been documented on every visit by the maintenance company captain since 1997.

Remarks

"Robbie Sue" is truly in immaculate condition.  Her gel coat gleams in the sunlight and her engine room is pristine.  This is not a project boat - she is done, well equipped and ready to cruise!  Her asking price directly reflects the overall condition of the vessel.  Experienced yachtsmen will appreciate the owner's dedication.  Allied Richard Bertram's sales executives have brokered each sale of this vessel since new.  The first owner was a professional ball player, second a heart surgeon and the third owner is the seller who is a licensed Captain.
