The Salon is two steps down from the Dining Salon and has an L-shaped leather sofa to starboard with storage below. Forward is a separate but matching occasional chair. The end table with storage is aft. A stemware cabinet is forward.

The entertainment area is to port and features a Sony SLVN60 VCR, RCA DSS receiver, Pioneer DV414 DVD player, Sony CDP CD545 5 disc CD changer and a Sherwood/Newcastle R-925 AV/Receiver. The TV is a 25" Sony Trinaton all driven by (2) Sherwood/Newcastle AM 9080 5 channel power amps. A separate speaker selector switch gang isolates separate listing areas of the yacht. Speakers are Surround Sound by MB Quart and include a large subwoofer. In front of the sofa is a large coffee table and separate stools. There are raised panel cabinets for tape and DVD storage. Special wood trim treatments are overhead with upholstered panels and 20 halogen mini spots. Here can be found separate AC controls, telephones and window mini blinds.

The Dining Area is immediately after the companion helm seat along with a six foot table, L-shaped upholstered seating with storage below, two loose chairs and bench seating aft for eight. Mini blinds for the windows are also here along with separate AC controls and a raised panel storage locker.

The Galley and Laundry section, located on the main deck, is completely enclosed but not confined due to the exterior windows. Reconfigured in 1999, the Galley has a black vinyl sole new Sept. ‘04, granite look Corian counters and there is an opening door and window.

The Master Stateroom can be accessed by the same stairs as the two Guest Staterooms, but is separated by a large companion way which offers privacy. Off the aft bulkhead on centerline is the queen size berth. Two drawers are at the foot of the berth. The upholstered headboard has three mini spots shining on an inset area of the high gloss woodwork. Nightstands are to both port and starboard with two drawers each. The starboard side nightstand has a phone/intercom. A built-in entertainment center is opposite the foot of the berth and features a 20" Samsung TV, a Pioneer DV414 DVD player, a Sherwood/Newcastle AV/Receiver R925, a Panasonic 4 head PV9450 VCR and a large subwoofer. Sound is provided by a MB Quart Surround Sound speaker in each corner of the stateroom with a center channel speaker. To port is a full size locker with four shelves and is followed by a two door cabinet and a hinged mirrored top vanity. Two more lockers are above the countertop and behind drapes with two opening stainless steel portholes along with privacy covers. A walk-in hanging locker is next aft with two more stainless steel opening portholes that have privacy covers with full drapes. A full size lighted hanging locker is to starboard and forward and is followed by a two person upholstered sofa which is between built-in end tables with storage within. Full drapes are above the sofa over two additional cabinets and two opening stainless steel portholes with privacy covers.Also featured here is a carpeted sole, 18 mini halogen spots and separate AC controls.

The nearly full beam luxurious Head is just forward of the Master and accessed only from the Master Cabin. Starting outboard to starboard is the full size Jacuzzi tub with separate removable spray faucet. Two opening stainless steel portholes are above with weather covers and full drapes. A curved front vanity is next inboard with two storage drawers below, a china sink with gold fixtures and three mirrored opening storage panels above. A toilet and bidet bath is on centerline, enclosed in lacquered cabinets. A bi-fold tempered glass shower door is outboard for a large shower with a teak sole and a hand held or wall mountable fixture. The sole of the Head is a peach and beige marble. 12 halogen mini spots are overhead.

The very private VIP Cabin is accessed via a private stairway from the aft end of the Salon. Athwarthships is the very oversize queen berth, off the starboard side. At the foot of the berth are two drawers and one drawer is on each side. A shelf with full drapes is above the upholstered headboard with two opening stainless steel portholes with privacy covers. Nightstands are both fore and aft of the berth with two drawers below and a full size hanging locker above. A chest with three drawers is below the foot of the berth with an entertainment center above. The entertainment center features a Zenith 13" TV, an RCA Direct TV receiver, a Panasonic 4 head VCR and a Pioneer VSX-D5095 A/V receiver. This cabin also features (2) MB Quart stereo speakers, 10 overhead mini halogen spots, separate AC controls and a carpeted sole.

Accessed only from the VIP is the separate VIP Head. It features a curved front vanity along with two cabinet doors below, a china sink with gold fixtures above as well as two mirrored medicine cabinets above. The enclosed electric toilet and bidet are outboard, both enclosed in lacquered surrounds. Two mirrored door cabinets are above and flank an opening stainless steel porthole with privacy cover. The stall shower features a bi-fold tempered glass door, a hand held or wall mountable fixture and a teak grate sole which is high gloss wood planks. Seven halogen mini spots are overhead.

The Port Guest Cabin is one of two identical staterooms, with twin berths forward and aft with two large drawers under each berth. A small nightstand is between the berths with storage below and an intercom/phone is above. There is a full headboard surrounding the berths with matching upholstered panels to port and starboard. Four cabinet doors and two reading lights are above the headboard.

A shelf is above the outboard berth with two stainless steel opening portholes along with privacy covers and drapes. A locker is at the foot of the outboard berth with two shelves within. There are also six overhead mini spots, air conditioning controls and a carpeted sole. A 9" Panasonic TV/VCR combo with remote is above the inboard berth. Access to the en-suite head is on the aft bulkhead.

The private Head is accessed only from the Port Guest Cabin. There is a curved front vanity which has two door storage below, a china sink and brushed gold fixtures. There are also several mirrored panels and an opening stainless steel porthole that has weather/privacy cover.

The stall shower features a hand held or wall mountable fixture, bi-fold tempered glass doors and a teak grate sole. The enclosed bidet has a lacquered cover, as does the electric toilet. The sole is a high gloss wood planking and matches the stateroom's bulkheads

The Crew Cabin is accessed from the Forward Deck only and features twin berths, storage, toilet, shower, and a sink all in a separate head.
