The Tartan 30 is considered well proportioned and roomy for boats of her size. The main cabin has 6?1? headroom and minimum berth length is 6?5?. Firebird has the standard starboard galley arrangement and a chart table immediately aft of the galley that may be utilized as additional counter space. Moving forward, a settee covers the engine located just aft of the main cabin bulkhead portside and forms a seat for the dinette. The enclosed head is forward portside and the forward V shaped berth features substantial storage under the berth and shelves outboard of the berth.
