Enclosed head w/ hot / cold water and pre-rigged for a shower. Wheelhouse windows equipped w/ sunshades. New white head liner throughout. New teak and holly wheelhouse sole in 2007. Flip-up helm seat as well as large companion seat offering excellent 360' visibility. Sliding door to the right of the helm.
Galley
Galley up to starboard features a stainless sink, Corian counters, and numerous storage drawers. Galley was installed in the corner of the wheelhouse which utilized the galley space much more efficiently. Appliances include a 12 Volt ice box w/ coldplate, propane stove w/ oven, and hot / cold water.

Vessel was yacht finished between 2002 and 2007 and includes many ingenious design features. Side bunkroom sleeps 2-3 adults comfortably which is virtually unheard of in a 35' Downeast. Down to starboard is a a utility closet allowing easy access to all ship systems including seacocks, pumps, all electrical components, as well as tool storage making every system in the boat accessible in one closet. Removable steps provide easy access to the front of the engine. Synthetic decking material make the wheelhouse and cockpit soles look like teak but are maintenance free.
She's yacht finished, extremely family friendly, fuel efficient,and well equipped as an extended cruiser or serious offshore fisherman. Shows like a new boat.
