ACCOMMODATIONS: This Swan has a sizable V-berth forward. While some of these models have bunks in the saloon this boat has comfortable seating to both port and starboard with large teak cabinets above. All new "Ultra Suede" and designer fabrics. The aft stateroom has one single berth and one double berth as well as plenty of storage and a companionway up to the helm. The sizable head and shower are forward. Survey notes "flush deck and low profile deckhouse. 6'3" headroom centerline. All teak and fabrics are new". GALLEY: The galley is to port and extends aft of the companionway making it very roomy. There is a two burner stove (LPG) with an oven below (fuel tanks are aft in a vented cockpit locker). A double SS sink has pressurized hot/cold water. There is a Sea Frost refrigerator/freezer and ample custom teak cabinet storage. Hot & Cold designer series faucets. The survey report reads, "exceptionally neat and well appointed". ELECTRONICS: The surveyor's report sites all electronics are a 5 or 6 on a scale of 1-6: (2) Raytheon Ray 45 VHF, Standard Horizon hand held VHF, Autohelm ST-7000+ auto pilot, Autohelm multi-digital with depth, log, wind and speed, Raytheon Pathfinder RL-70 radar, Magellan 315 hand held GPS and Raytheon N3000. ELECTRICAL: Two batteries, all updated 12 volt DC wiring, 125 volt AC shore power connection, 50' shore power cable, 30 amp charger, 12V/125V electrical panel with breakers. DECK: The structural decks are cored fiberglass newly and handsomely finished in teak with caulked seams. There are two companionways with acrylic and teak side-open hatches with spray hoods and teak weathered boards. There are two ventilation/escape hatches - one forward and one aft. There are three custom finished cowl-vents on varnished teak dorade boxes with 1" SS rail guards. 5/16" and 1/4" SS life lines on 1" SS stanchions. 1" welded continuous double bow and stern rails. Port, starboard and transom boarding gates. There is a custom elevated varnished teak toe rail. Survey states "exterior hull, decks and interior are most impressive". HULL and TOPSIDES: The hull and rudder have been sounded and are solid. The rudder is cored fiberglass. The bottom is painted and ready for launch. The keel has been (Nautor approved) modified to draw 6 1/2'. The topsides are white with red boot stripe and are in excellent condition. ENGINE, MECHANICAL and TANKS: The engine is a new (rebuilt) Perkins 1-104. Fresh water cooled through a raw water heat exchanger. 1-1/4" SS shaft with three blade MAX prop. Two 1/8" welded stainless steel tanks (64 gallon - built in 1998 - 13.7 gallons). Fuel filter/separator. Electric fuel gauge: 46.8 gallon SS fresh water tank, 41 gallon SS fresh water tank, SS holding tank, aluminum (1996) LPG 13 lbs. tank. SAIL INVENTORY: Recent main, original main, new custom cut Sperry "knife", storm jib, try'sail, #1, #2, two spinnakers. WINCH INVENTORY: Lewmar "Quick Winch" maneuvering winch, two Lewmar 48 3 speed, two Lewmar S/T 520's, two Lewmar S/T 58's, two Lwmar S/T 44's. PERSONAL FLOTATION and SAFETY GEAR: 10 Offshore Type 1 PFDs, two Jim Boy type IV throwable rings, two MOB poles, two adult offshore harnesses, Zodiac 8 man offshore life raft, guest water light with attached line, Orion flare kit, Category II EPIRB ACR/RLB-32, first air kid (USCG approved). GROUND TACKLE: deck foot swtiches Lewmar windlass, singel rolelr chock anchor davit, Bruce 20 kg anchor, Danforth 40 lbs. anchor, 200' chain, 200' line, 12 braided dock lines.
