Accommodation

"Melina I" features a three stateroom layout.
Overview:  Forward is a head with access to both forward cabins. The head is all white and is very easy to maintain.  Port and Starboard are cabins. Both cabins have upper and lower bunks with the lower bunks pulling out for larger berths. Hanging lockers and drawers in each cabin. The aft cabin is accessed by a staircase from the pilothouse and has a shower room to port and a separate head with vanity to starboard. The washer/dryer are in the shower room. The owner's berth is an island queen.
 
Note:  The interior joinery is superb and finished in high-end cherry through out.

A superb, high tech top of the line blue water cruising vessel with a spacious Cherry wood interior ideal for living aboard.  Designed by renowned Australian designer Scott Jutson and built by Scepter Yachts/Atlantis Yachts, Canada.  She features a large aft cockpit with twin wheels, a raised salon with interior joystick station,  hydraulic bow and stern thrusters for short handed easy docking, Carbo Spar Aero Rig for both simple and efficient short handed sailing, a retractable stainless steel keel for shoal draft cruising, Kevlar reinforced Vinylester hull construction, water tight bulkheads fore and aft, twin rudders for stability and performance, a tender "garage" with hydraulic davit/passarelle system, top of the line Lugger main engine with 165 horse power for an excellent turn of speed under power (cruises at a comfortable 9 knots), a complete top of the line electronics array for world cruising, two speed Hydraulic primary winches with hydraulic in boom main and hydraulic furling head sail, Autoprop, large 110 volt water maker, fully air conditioned plus separate hot air heating, 12.5 kw Northern Lights generator, Glacier Bay refrigeration and freezer, etc.  Only the very best available was used in outfitting this exceptional yacht.  She was completed in 2003 and has only been used for sea trial purposes.  Circumstances force sale.  Offers encouraged to expedite a swift sale.
