Remarks This is one of the cleanest Sabre 38 MK 1 on the market. Consistent upgrades and maintenance evident throughout. Her spacious interior and excellent sailing qualities make her a great choice for a performance cruiser/racer enthusiast.
Accomodation Sleeps six in one stateroom and main salon. Classic Sabre styling and meticulous maintenance sets this performance cruiser apart from the rest. Full oiled teak interior with varnished teak sole. The interior starts with the owner's stateroom forward. The V-berth has a filler to form a double berth. Abundant storage below the bunk, under the centerline seat, chest of drawers and large shelves outboard port and starboard. A large overhead hatch and two opening ports provide great light and ventilation. A hanging locker is to starboard. The head compartment is next aft with an ensuite door directly to the forward stateroom. Large head compartment with vanity and sink, hot and cold pressure water, hand held shower, teak grate floor with sump pump, marine with Y valve and holding tank. Two opening ports and one overhead hatch provide excellent light and ventilation. A large hanging locker is opposite to starboard. The main salon has a very spacious feeling with an L-shaped settee to port and converts to a double berth. The bulkhead mount table folds away for greater floor space. A settee/single berth is to starboard. Large storage cabinets and book shelves are outboard port and starboard with additional storage behind back rest cushions. The navigation desk and bench are aft to starboard near the companionway ladder but separate from the open quarter berth aft. The circuit breaker panel is located at the chart table with voltage and amp meters. The galley is aft to port (see Galley). Excellent light and ventilation provided by four large fixed windows, three opening ports and two deck hatches. Interior finish is oiled teak cabinetry and trim, newly varnished teak and holly sole. Countertops are white laminate, upholstery is medium blue and white fleck fabric.

Galley/Laundry The galley is U shaped with gimballed stainless steel three burner CNG stove and oven. There are double stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressure water. A molded ice box that is very efficient. Good storage under counter and outboard with 2 CNG bottles.
