Accommodations This thirty foot boat has the room of a much larger yacht. The center cockpit configuration gives her a large aft cabin for two with a hanging locker and lots of storage under the bunk. The main salon and head have 6’ 2” headroom. The head has hot & cold pressure water as well as a shower and tub. The main salon has two settees one to port and one to starboard with a fold out dining table between. She also has 10 opening ports w/screens for lots of fresh air.
Construction Her hull and decks are constructed from fiberglass. The Hull is white while the decks are off white. The spars are constructed from aluminum and the shrouds, pulpits and life lines are of stainless steel.
Mechanical The 2 cyl, fresh water cooled, 18 HP Volvo engine is original and runs well.
Electrical The electrical panel is at the Nav station and there are 2-12 volt batteries under the aft bunk.
Electronics She really shines here. There is a Garmin GPS 172c Color chartplotter, new in 2006, 2 ICOM M302 VHF radios, new 2006, an extra GPS, Auto pilot, Speed, Log, and Depth, CD-AM-FM Stereo w/ three sets of speakers. There is one VHF antenna mounted on the aft rail and one mounted at the top of mast. She also has a 15 Amp battery charger and a 700Watt inverter.
Sails & Rigging She has a full battoned main-6 years old, a 150 jib and a never used cruising spinnaker.
Deck & Misc. Gear On deck she has aluminum spars including a whisker pole, internal halyards, roler furling, jiffy feefing, boom vang, topping lift, and flag halyard. Her winches are: 2 Lewmar 40's, 2 Lewmar 30's, and 2 Lewmar 8's. The cockpit has a full canvas enclosure. Also, she has a full canvas winter cover with supports and jackstands are included.
