this boat is the exact same boat as the 1979 to 1991 tiara 3100 open. in 1992 tiara did some redesigning/modeling. in 1993 pursuit started their production of this model. she is in fantastic condition for her age. she is powered by mercruiser fresh water cooled inboard 454's with 500 hours on them. she has sea strainers, all of her maintenance is up to par at least. she has a westerbeke genset, ac/ht, hard top with full enclosure with tinted eizen glass, ckpt winter cover, remote spotlight, newer lee jr outriggers, full bait prep area with tackle storage, spreader lights, rocket launchers, rod holders, fresh and raw water washdowns, swim platform with ladder, full ckpt combing pads. she has a full set of electronics; northstar 951xd, furuno 16 mile radar, garmin 130 gps, impulse loran, icom vhf, cd stereo system, tri-data speed temp depth log, morse controls. there is a livewell also. her cabin has a remarkably spacious interior for a 31. her fabrics were upgraded appx 4 yrs ago. teak and holley cabin sole, enclosed head and shower, electric head, full galley, dinette that converts, and foward sleeping accomidations. you will find that this boat has had very good care and maintenance, and should treat her next owner well.
