The Sun Deck on 'First Lady' is a truly delightful feature and is the perfect staging point to access the flybridge helm station and the salon. The salon is spacious, bright and airy with plenty of ambient light and lovely cabinetry. There is a very useful and well thought out galley which is separated from from the dinette by a well placed serving counter. The upholstery throughout First Lady is the finest leather in a lovely light tan. The dinette has a hi/lo table. Forward is the guest cabin complete with head, stall shower and vanity unit. The guest cabin has a roomy V-berth with insert. Aft of the salon is the master stateroom. This is a true stateroom with a centerline Queen bed. Dressers port and starboard, lots of storage under the Queen berth enhance the capacity also. The master head has a new 'Quiet Flush' electric toilet unit with mascerator and overboard discharge. The salon benefits from a new flatscreen TV with DVD.

Deck
The entire bridge and hard topped sun deck area is enclosed with high quality canvas and strata/isinglass in excellent condition. There is a new Lofrans windlass complete with new anchor, chain & rode(never been deployed) Bow pulpit with anchor roller, sea & fresh water washdown systems. Fiberglass radar arch, SS bow & side rails, fiberglass swim platform with ladder and ladder to sundeck. Coast guard safety package.

Well maintained twin Ford Lehman diesel engines with only eleven hundred hours and the Westerbeeke genset, also very well maintained provide the power. Twin reverse cycle air conditioning units control your environment. Halon engine room fire system, trim tabs, bilge pumps, Racor fuel filters, 10gal electric water heater, bronze sea cocks on all thru-hulls.
