Accommodation Forward Cabin. Upper and lower berths to port facing a vanity/desk area to starboard with substantial counter and cabinet space. Can be used as a study.
Forward head to starboard has new holding tank with macerator.
Galley. On same level as forward cabin and U shaped area to port with microwave, full size upright Norcold refrigerator and freezer and 3 plate Princess electric stove and oven. New tile countertops. Engine room access is from the galley by lifting up the steps into the salon. Excellent access to both engines and generator. New fuel tanks.
Main Salon. Features teak futons with upgraded foam cushions facing each other across the cozy salon. One futon makes up into a twin bed by adding an extra cushion. Two wood and leather end tables double as extra storage. There are two table lamps. The parquet floor is covered with a 5x7 Tommy Bahama rug. Large windows allow plenty of light while luxury floor length sheers and drapes ensure privacy. A 23' LCD TV is mounted on an adjustable arm for easy securing under way. The lower helm position is forward and to starboard in the main salon. There are exit doors to each side deck from the salon.
Aft Cabin. A short stairwell leads into the aft cabin with a feature queen size bed and custom mattress which folds in half to allow easy access to the water tank below. The mattress has a special memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort. To port is the vanity area with chair plus place for a computer or TV. Two lockers and two closets plus lots of drawer and cabinet space. Two swing arm lamps. Waverly pattern valances and bedding. The aft head with spacious separate shower stall is set to port off the cabin.
Upper Sun Deck. Steps lead up aft from the main salon to the sun deck. A beach cottage style table and chairs are the feature of the full screen enclosed deck. Wet bar and bottle locker with space for ice-maker complete the picture.
Bridge Deck. Another set of steps leads up the to the spacious main bridge deck, which features a new captain's chair and new Raymarine C120 chartplotter. All canvas is recent (2006) with strataglass.
