Accommodations and Layout
"Steel Oasis" is aptly named. Upon entering the companionway you will immediately notice the quality workmanship of the beautiful cherry wood and fine attention to detail that is rarely found on vessels this size. Wrap around windows provide you with a panoramic view. The newly upholstered U shaped settee to port is on a raised platform with a beautiful flip open table. Opposite is an Admiralty size Navigation station and systems control center with post mounted chair. Entertainment center and cabinets complete this side. Galley is down to port. Continue forward to the Guest stateroom with pullman berth and optional pipe berth to port, ensuite head/shower. Long-range Communications center/office with seat to starboard. Watertight crash bulkhead leads to sail locker, chain and rope locker and workbench with vice. Large opening hatch and separate pump. Going aft from the salon you will find the top loading refrigerator/freezer, wet locker and excellent engine access through engine room door and side panels in this passageway. Farthest aft is the very comfortable master stateroom with a centerline queen berth, custom mattress, cabinets and hanging lockers. Ensuite head and shower stall also contain additional access to the engine, a cabinet plumbed for washer/dryer currently used for large tool storage and additional provisioning cabinet.

This is an English built boat that was modified to include US plugs. The primary electrical system is 240 volt, 50 cycle, single phase AC power by means of shore power cord, generator or inverter. The primary DC system is 24 volts. All circuits protected with well labled breakers. High quality master electrical panel with LCD displays.

Construction
Beautifully faired quality steel construction. The deck surface is Marine Deck 2000, a low maintenance cork and epoxy composite that looks like teak. Strong bulkheads and interior hull fired epoxied. Extremely "overbuilt"!
