"Iroquois" has been the cruising home for a couple who now find that they have to sell her due to health problems. She has been the perfect cruising boat for them. The centerboard allows for great coastal cruising with the board up (4' 6") or great deep water sailing to weather with the board down (9'). The Yawl rigging allows for breaking up the sail plan which gives you many sail configuration options. The 9' 3" cockpit makes for comfortable passage making.
Accommodations
Entering below deck through the compaionway, "Iroquois" has the feel of a much larger boat. A "great room" feel with the spacious salon, galley and quarter berth without any visual separations allowing for a visually roomy space. The location of the large galley makes meal preparation a social event. The spacious head has a private entrance from the forward stateroom and also from the salon. Coleman airconditioner installed in salon center hatch. 3 opening hatches. 6 opening port lights. 3 Dorade vents.

Magic Chef propane stove as shown. (Needs tanks installed) Original alcohol stove available. DC refrigerator. 6 gallon hot water heater. Large stainless steel sink. Manual fresh water pump. Pressure hot and cold fresh water. Manifold under sink for regulating three fresh water tanks.
