Accommodations Little One sleeps a total of four: two on the large V-berth with filler forward and two on the convertible dinette in the bridgedeck.
The head compartment, belowdecks to starboard, includes a Sealand vacuum, full-size marine toilet system with Tankwatch monitor and Tankmaster discharge pump controller, as well as a bilge pump.
The cushions throughout are covered in Admiral ultra suede/leather and piped in silver pearl. Numerous drawers, lockers and bins provide ample storage.
Bridgedeck The helm bridgedeck area is exceptionally large for a boat of this size and includes a helm station to starboard followed by a full galley. Opposite to port is a double passenger bench with reversing back rest which facilitates conversion of the dinette quickly into a double berth. The dinette table, which lowers electronically, is of varnished teak.
Cockpit The large cockpit, ideal for entertaining, consists of two transom doors which open to create a small porch on the water.
Deck and Hull Hull is Flag Blue Gelcoat with white boot and red bottom. Deck is white with Seattle gray non-skid. No exterior teak installed. Both hull and deck are moulded using the patented SCRIMP infusion system. Extended warranties for hull structure and blistering are transferable.

Remarks The True North 38 comes in three main standards of finish and inventory. Little One represents the top standard. The owner reports that this yacht has just about every option available. Her overall condition is beautiful and she has been lightly used, as one can infer from the fact that her engines have only about 300 hours of running time on them.
Little One is for sale for the same reason that she has low engine hours - her owner simply does not have time enough available for his yacht to justify keeping her.
