El Coqui (Little Frog) is a 1973 35' Pearson Sloop, hull #242 with the old traditional Pearson design of blue water stability, lots of storage and a spaces Salon. This cruiser has been well equipped and lovingly maintained. A must see for the price.
General
El Coqui has lots of storage for long cruises. And with a shoal draft of only 3'9" is ideal for Bahamas and Florida Keys Gunk holing. She has a spacious V-berth, the head and shower are to Port with a electric toilet and macerator pump. The roomy salon has a convertible dinette and a settee to starboard.

The open galley has a double Stainless Steel sink, a 2 burner Origo-3000 alcohol stove, a 6 gallon water heater and a large refrigerator with seawater cooling system. She also has a 18,000btu air conditioner and heat pump for those sweltering summers and chilly mornings.

Rigging and Sails:
All standing rigging was replaced in the fall of 2006. There is a fully battened main with Lazy Jacks. A 150% Genoa on a Profulr roller furler, a storm jib and spinnaker with pole. A recently installed Monitor wind vane is great for auto steering on those long crossings.

Top Sides:
The cockpit has a full length rigid Bimini with full Sunbrella enclosures and a custom pedestal chair/helm. There is loads of storage under the cockpit bench seating. Full cockpit cushions with terrycloth covers. Spacious decks for easy access to the bow.
