Remarks A very nicely upgraded example of a great sailing Pearson 36. The decks were recently stripped and Awlgripped, interior surfaces refinished, new counter tops and fixtures, and much more. Going back just a few years her Atomic 4 was rebuilt and her topsides were Awlgripped. She represents an attractive value given the work that has gone into her.
