Accomodation

Starting forward there is a chain locker followed by v-berths with shelves over and bin stowage under. There is also a bureau and hanging locker in the forward cabin. Next aft to port is the head with stainless steel sink, manual toilet, ensuite shower, manual and pressure H&C water, ample stowage. Opposite to starboard are large hanging lockers.

The main saloon provides ample room to comfortably seat a large group. There are settee berths port and starboard with drawers behind and a large dining table that folds up against the forward bulkhead. On the starboard side is a pilot berth with shelving over, to port over the settee is additional storage space with shelves and numerous lockers. Aft to port is the quarter berth and forward facing nav. station including an ample chart table and set of drawers. In 02 and 03' all varnished surfaces were re-done, new counter tops installed and all new plumbing fixtures installed.

Galley/Laundry

The galley is aft to starboard with stainless steel sink, ample stowage in numerous lockers and drawers. There is a substantial amount of pots, pans, plates, cups and silverware included.

Remarks

A very nicely upgraded example of a great sailing Pearson 36. The decks were recently stripped and Awlgripped, interior surfaces refinished, new counter tops and fixtures, and much more. Going back just a few years her Atomic 4 was rebuilt and her topsides were Awlgripped. She represents an attractive value given the work that has gone into her.
