Overview MISS PENNY is one of the new generation of heavily constructed, fuel efficient and sea worthy cruisers enjoying tremendous popularity in today's yachting market. Utilizing all of the best engineering features currently available, quiet operation, ease of maintenance, and comfortable accommodations are given high priority. Furthermore, the traditional, honey toned teak woodwork throughout is superbly done.
MISS PENNY has three double staterooms for owner and guests plus a separate crew stateroom for two. The woodwork throughout is satin finished teak with solid doors and raised panel cabinetry. There are stainless steel opening portlights and overhead escape hatches from all cabins.
Main Deck The main deck features full walk-around side decks and solid bulwarks leading forward to an generous sized, working foredeck with built-in bow seat. All the way aft is a large open aft deck suitable for outside dining or entertaining with a built-in, forward facing bench seat and two pedestal mounted teak tables. There is a wet bar with refrigerator, ice maker, and stowage cabinets. The open aft salon area has a laid teak deck while the side-decks and fore-deck are a molded non-skid surface for ease of maintenance.
Main Salon Surrounded with beautiful, honey toned teak woodwork, the main salon is a place for relaxing, watching the large flat screen television that tucks away when not in use, or selecting a book from the built-in library. The Clavinova piano is along the aft bulkhead, facing the aft deck. Seating is provided on a large sectional sofa to starboard or occasional chairs opposite with an end table and a high low teak inlaid table between. Large windows afford excellent visibility port, starboard and aft.
Forward from the main salon to port is the stairway to the upper level pilothouse and sky lounge. Opposite is the stairway to the owner's cabin and one of two watertight access doors into the engine room. Next forward is an athwartships lobby with doors port and starboard opening to the side decks. Inboard to port is the deck level powder room.
Galley Next forward from the lobby area is the galley and forward dining salon. The galley is nearly full width and has ample counter space and storage above and below. It also has sliding doors opening to the lobby area aft, or to the dining area forward.
The dining area has both a granite topped breakfast bar facing aft to the galley pass through, and a built-in U-shaped banquette and teak pedestal table forward capable of seating 4-6 persons. The galley counters are also granite topped while all drawers and cabinets are lined with Formica. The galley sole is teak.
A stairway at the forward starboard corner of the dining area leads below decks to the two guest staterooms.
The galley and dining salon are finished in honey toned teak with abundant storage throughout. As with the remainder of the yacht, there are zone controls for heating and air conditioning as well as a variety of lighting options and entertainment system speakers and controls.

Master Stateroom The master stateroom is amidships on the lower deck, accessed by a private stairway from the main deck lobby. It has a centerline king sized berth with built-in bureaus and hanging lockers to port and starboard. A safe is built into the closet. His and hers heads with a shower between are forward of the master berth.
Guest Staterooms There are two guest staterooms accessed from the forward lounge. The VIP stateroom is forward on the lower level with a centerline queen berth, built-in bureaus, hanging closets, and ensuite head with shower.
Next aft is the twin bed stateroom with built-in bureaus, hanging closet, and ensuite head with shower.
Crew Quarters All the way aft to starboard on the lower deck level is the crew stateroom with upper and lower berths and head with shower ensuite. Opposite to port is the crew galley as well as the vessel's laundry room and stowage area. Also installed in this designated lazarette area are some of the yacht's systems such as the watermaker and the air conditioning system. Access for service and maintenance to these systems is well thought out.
Pilothouse and Sky Lounge An easily navigated stairway connects the main deck lobby to the upper deck level. This area is devoted to the enclosed wheel house and sky lounge. A built-in, U-shaped banquette with seating for six persons is aft to starboard with excellent visibility all around. A trio of comfortable Stidd helm chairs face the helm console while a built-in desk aft to port with fold out jump seat affords a separate communication and navigation work area. A flat screen TV swings down from the overhead facing the banquette. Also overhead are two opening skylight hatches complete with screens and shades.
Aft from the wheel house area, a doorway to port opens to the bridge deck salon and boat deck. A built-in wet bar, fridge, and grill are forward with additional storage in cabinets. A pair of banquettes face aft with pedestal tables at each and with additional teak folding chairs this area is capable of hosting a large group for dining and entertaining. A partial awning over this area provides shade as desired.
Next aft is the boat deck and toy storage area. A low profile crane is to port to launch the15' Novurania. Stainless steel rails surround the boat deck area while moving forward the railings transition to solid bulwarks which protect the walk around side decks surrounding the wheel house and Portuguese bridge forward.

Additional Comments Offshore's 80' Voyager model was designed to achieve maximum comfort and safety in a long range cruiser.
Her hull design, by noted architect William Crealock, allows the Voyager to run at a level attitude at all speed ranges and has enhanced stability even in following or quartering seas. A deep, fine forefoot continues the Offshore maxim of "the softest ride on the water" by assuring a soft entry with no pounding even in large head seas. Superb gelcoat work outside, flawless joiner work inside and a masterfully engineering engine room will meet the expectations of even the most experienced yachtsmen. Launched in 2004 and put in service March 2005, MISS PENNY represents an unusual opportunity to purchase a nearly new and beautifully designed yacht.
