The Ocean 55 Super Sport is a best-selling tournament machine that is a blend of luxury and performance. The 55 features a teak interior with three staterooms with plenty of room for you and all your fellow fishermen.
On deck we start with a large air conditioned bridge with hard top and full enclosure. The centerline upper station has captain and companion swivel chairs at the helm with guest seating forward. The upper helm is well equipped with: Furuno radar, Northstar Loran, Northstar GPS, Icom VHF radio, Garmin GPS/Map, Simrad auto pilot, depth finder, and Danforth compass. A stainless steel ladder takes us below to a large open cockpit with teak deck, Rupp Black outriggers, many rod holders, teak swim platform, cockpit tackle center with sink, cutting board, tackle storage, and cold plate. The cockpit features a lower helm station. Salon entry is starboard between the tackle center and lower helm.
When you step through the door you are greeted by an expanse of warm teak woodwork and jade upholstery. To starboard is a seating area with two barrel easy chairs. Port side is an L-shaped settee with teak dropleaf cocktail table. There's plenty of room to relax with beverage and enjoy the big screen TV. Moving forward there is a full galley port side with full size refrigerator/freezer, trash compactor, electric range with oven, microwave oven, and U-Line ice maker. Across from the galley is the convertible dinette with big screen TV overhead. There are three staterooms forward. To starboard is a guest stateroom with upper and lower twin bunks and private access to the guest head compartment with shower. The VIP stateroom is portside with double berth, cedar-lined hanging locker, and ensuite head with shower. The spacious master stateroom is forward with island berth, cedar-lined hanging lockers, and ensuite head with shower.
Miss Dee is powered by twin Detroit Diesel 8V92 engines with only 200 hours since rebuild. She is also equipped with an Onan 15kW generator, reverse cycle HAC, GE washer and dryer, and a central vacuum system. Miss Dee has size, desirable features, quality accommodations, and style.
