VESSEL WALKTHROUGH The vessel can be boarded from either side and there is access to the interior from the aft deck, the upper deck or a sliding door on either side of the pilot house. The pilot house has a consul with the controls, electronics and captain's chair forward and a raised table and seating area aft. From the pilot house one can descend aft to the light and spacious galley-salon area by a stairway to port. The U-shaped galley is to starboard closest to the stairs, while the salon is aft and contains two swivel chairs to port, a fixed settee to starboard, and access to the aft deck at the rear. It has large windows all the way round, allowing good all-round visibility. Next to the galley is a staircase directly into the owner's suite, a large cabin with lots of storage and an en-suite head with separate bath/shower. Forward of the master cabin, leading off a small vestibule at the bottom of the stairway from (forward port of) the pilothouse, are two staterooms with single bunk beds that run against the hull and plentiful storage. One stateroom is to port and the other to starboard. They both lead into the forward head through separate doors. In the pilothouse, there is a stairway leading up and aft to the upper deck. It is starboard of the raised seating area.
DECK LAYOUT Access to the safe, high-sided side-decks is from a midships door on each side of the hull. At the stern is a small aft-deck from which the salon or the upper deck can be accessed. Forward of the access doors are stairs that lead up and around the front of the pilot house. The entry to the foredeck where the windlass and anchors are situated, is through a centrally positioned opening. The upper deck has 2 levels. A large aft platform, where the dinghy can be hoisted and stored, with plenty of room left over; a raised forward area with seating, steering position with engine controls, electronics and a good view over the bow of the boat.

Broker's Comment The Ed Monk Designed Ocean Alexander Mk 1 is regarded by many as a classic power boat design. With a sweeping sheer, high bulwarks and Portugese bridge, the Ocean Alexander has a "little ship" feel to its lines and interior. Jubilee is a rare fly-bridge model that has had numerous upgrades in recent years, including re-decking of the forward deck, complete re-plumbing of heads with Vacuflush toilets and new holding tanks, new propellers and beautifully Awlgripped topsides. Opportunities exist for mechanical and some interior upgrades and this has been discounted into Jubilee's very attractive price.
