Accommodation "Liv 1" has a spacious 3 stateroom/2 head interior arrangement with generous deck salon/pilothouse table and seating. The interior joinery is beautifully crafted in American cherry with satin varnish. All the furnishings are of the highest quality from the teak and holly floor, alacantara upholstery to the solid cherry ribs above the bunks.
The forward cabin features a large double bed with drawers and two large storage compartments below and four lockers above. To starboard there is a seat, two large opening lockers and a full hanging locker. To port, there are two more lockers and shelves.
The master head is forward to port, and features a laminate interior with matching Corian hand basin and shower tray. There is a marine toilet with holding tank, designer hot and cold water faucet and permanently mounted shower head. There are also large upper and lower lockers for storage. Across from the galley is the parlor. There is a long sofa that can be used as a berth, bookshelves above and lockers below. There is an open deck hatch with screen above.
Farther aft to starboard is the nav station with an opening chart table with storage for charts below. Navigation equipment is displayed ahead of the chart table. The electrical panel has an automatic breaker and earth leakage breaker for 220v.All this is mounted on a hinged panel for easy access. Aft to starboard is the guest head, again with matching hand basin in Corian, shower basin, mirror and vanity and marine toilet.
Finally we come to the two aft cabins; one is a single and the other a double. There is stowage below the bunks. There is an opening port in the hull that adds ventilation to each cabin. On the port side, outboard, is another berth under the deck seating that can serve as a sea berth.
All in all, the interior is very well designed making excellent use of the space available.
Probably the most striking feature of "Liv 1" is the pilothouse. To port and up two stairs is a comfortable "U" shaped sofa with seating for six around a teak table. The panoramic views are superb! To starboard there is a removable seat that allows access to the engine. There are numerous lights and an opening hatch with screen for ventilation.
Galley The galley is located to port a couple of steps down from the pilothouse area. There is plenty of light coming from above giving this area a pleasant spacious feeling.
