Sleeps 5 in 2 staterooms. Master stateroom aft has an athwartship double and ensuite head. Aft head has no shower but could be installed easily enough. Plenty of lockers and drawers. Separate companionway to cockpit. Port side passageway leads forward past the engine room, pilot berth and workbench area. Main salon entrance from cockpit leads to the galley to stbd followed by the L-shaped settee with foldaway table. Opposite is a bench settee. Leading farther aft is a good size hall closet and dual entrance head with shower. The v-berth is forward.

Center cockpit with deep well. Double life lines are in good condition. Non skid decks in fair condition. Cockpit needs new non skid paint. Topside hull has 2 places of patched area and a poor paint job, needs sanding and awlgrip; teaks needs Cetol, bottom needs paint. There appears to be no blisters.

Remarks This is a project well worth undertaking. She is a solid boat that needs exterior paint, interior varnish and upholstery. Upgrade with new batteries, sails and electronics and she will be worthy of a new voyage.
