Broker's Comment Moody have made a center cockpit boat that has a good balance in size of cockpit, size of interior living area and size of aft cabin. Each area is spacious, light and comfortable This boat had a major upgrade in 2007. New floors, new engine, new sails and rigging, new stove, new upholstery, Radar. She crossed the Atlantic in the Fall of 2007, cruised the islands and her live-aboard owners are now looking for something bigger. She is in wonderful condition and is ready to sail away. This boat is great value.
Interior Layout On entering ‘Baroness' one is struck by how light it is inside, thanks to the long portlights that run down both sides of the coach roof. The head is to port as you enter the boat, it has a large basin and separate mixer with shower head. To starboard is an L-shaped galley with stainless sink, 2-burner propane stove, fridge and lots of storage. The galley leads back into a walkthrough to the aft cabin, which has the engine access panel amidships. The large, light, aft cabin has a Pullman style double berth to port, an L-shaped settee astern and to starboard and plenty of storage. Forward of the galley is the salon with attractive, mid-line, fold-down, oak table, U-shaped settee to starboard. The full length, straight settee to port, doubles as a seat for the aft-facing chart table at its stern end. In the bow is a large V-berth with storage lockers on either side. The current owners have it set up for storage and not for accommodation; it is spacious and well ventilated.
