The Maxum 2400 SCR is a very popular family cruiser that has been in production since 1994. Long production runs indicate that a model meets the needs of the buying public. The 2400 SCR is a trailerable family cruiser with the accommodations for overnight and weekend cruises. The cabin features forward convertible v-berth, port side galley and mid-cabin double berth. The compact but capable galley is equipped with built-in microwave oven, single-burner stove, stainless steel sink, and under-counter refrigerator. The enclosed head compartment includes vanity with sink and shower. Cabin comfort is provided by reverse cycle HAC.
On deck we have a spacious cockpit with single helm seat, double rear facing cockpit seating, and forward facing transom seating. Helm is covered by the bimini top and a full camper canvas is included. A port side transom door gives easy access to the swim platform with transom shower and boarding ladder.
