ACCOMODATIONS
Five can sleep in this two stateroom layout. The forward guest stateroon has a twin v-berth for two guest. The guest head/shower also serves as the day head. The settee sleeps one and two can sleep in the double berth in the full beam master stateroom. A tub is located in the master bath. The aft deck can be accessed via the master stateroom aft hatch.
SALON
The salon has the settee to port with a bi-leaf table for dinning. The warm feel is exactly what you would expect in this wonderful teak interior. The feeling is enhanced with the panoramic views through the abundant salon windows allowing plenty of natural light. All of the windows have been replace or rebedded to prvent any possible leaks.
GALLEY
The galley-up design boasts plenty of storage in the custom teak cabinetry. A four burner stove, oven and refigerator freezer are located to starboard. Other features include: ss sink, hot water heater, microwave and custom wine glass holder.
EXTERIOR & DECKS
The side decks, accessed via the teak salon door, are easy to get around making this a very popular model. The fordeck includes an anchor stanchion, chain, rode and anchor, all intergated with the bow pulpit and roller. This wide deck layout and heavy duty hardware make anchoring a breeze. The spotlight and horn are located on the forward brow. The flybridge has a fully functional helm with engine gauges, VHF, depth, GPS, and compass. The bench seating is great when family and friends want to enjoy the views from the flybridge while you cruise your favorite waterways. The bimini top is complimented by the full eisenglass enclosure allowing you to stay on the flybridge during inclimate weather. She has a fully functional mast and boom and a teak swim platform. Custom canvas was fitted for the forward hatch and the forward windshield.
MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL
The single 120 hp Lehman engine has always been very reliable. She will cruise at 7k and burn approximately 1 1/2 gallons an hour making this a very economical vessel to run. The owner has kept up with the maintenace making her ready for her next owners to enjoy. Some of the items include: Main alternator and engine support brackets replaced Nov. 2007. Main raw water strainer, seacock and thru-hull fitting replaced Jan. 2007. Both main fuel tanks replaced with custom fabricated heavy gauge aluminum tanks March 2005.
