Accommodations This vessel is a two-stateroom, two-head aft cabin layout.
There is a full size galley, dining area and salon.
The master stateroom has a queen size bed, and a small couch on each side of the berth and cedar lined closet.
The VIP stateroom is also very spacious and has full size berth, hardwood flooring, a cedar lined closet, and a separate entrance to the day head for complete privacy.
Galley This galley is well layed out and has a lot of counterspace and storage. She is equipped with a full size GE refrigerator with separate freezer, Gold Star microwave, Princess 2-burner electric stove and a DE Pot Scrubber dishwasher. The galley cabinets were redone in a faux cherry finish in 2004. The floor in the galley is wood.
Electronics and Navigational Equipment She has a Standard Horizon GPS Chart Plotter Model 1000C, a ICOM VHF, Model ICM 45, Furuno radar, Standard Horizon depth finder, Bennett trim tabs, ACR remote spotlight and a Ritchie 3" compass.
Electrical System She has a single 50 amp service located on the port side aft deck, a 50' power cord, a Kohler generator (only 762 hours) with a sound shield and a Dytek 60 amp battery charger.
Deck Equipment This vessel is equipped with a 25lb. Danforth anchor, an electric windlass with remote control, a large sun pad on the bow and wide side decks leading to wing doors and the enclosed aft deck.
There are four (4) wide steps up to the helm station with seating for 6-8 people. The aft deck is also very spacious with seating for four (4), icemaker and wet sink. There is a ladder going down to a wide swim platform aft.
Features In 2004, the owner had all the wood in the vessel done in a faux cherry finish, replaced all the wall covering with a light beige vinyl and had new carpet installed.
She is also equipped with spare props and an X-changer oil system. The bottom was painted in October of 2006 and the oil and filters were changed at the same time.
TV's and Stereo System The main salon has a Panasonic 15" color TV, Sony Digital Audio/Video Control Center, a Technics Dual Cassette player, Pioneer 6-CD changer and a JVC VHS/DVD Hi-Fi stereo player in built-in cabinet.
The master stateroom has a 15" Panasonic color TV and the VIP stateroom has a GE 10" color TV with VHF player.
Remarks Mainship was well ahead of their time, in contemporary styling and design.
This is one of the best layouts I have seen (redone in 2004).
She has a salon and galley that puts some 60 footers to shame, two (2) full size staterooms with two (2) heads with separate shower stalls that provide complete privacy.
The engine room access is great (you don't have to tear up the salon) and there is also a small workshop that has a washer/dryer and central vacuum system.
She is powered by twin 485hp Detroits (only 590 hours) that will cruise her at 22 knots with a top speed of 25 knots.
If you are looking for a great cruising yacht at an affordable price, you have just found her. The owner wants her sold NOW!!
