Vessel Overview: AURORA, is a classically styled five stateroom motor yacht, built by Kanter Yachts in Canada in 2007. She features tremendous deck space, with wide walkways, and elegant staircases. Her interior is finished in rich mahogany paneling, a large main salon with fireplace and wonderful views from her commercial grade double pane windows.
The yacht is basically complete, fully equipped and ready for the new owners décor, furniture and finishing details.
Accommodations: Raised pilothouse, canoe stern, clipper bow with bowsprit.
Elegant accommodations in five staterooms, plus two crew cabins.
Main deck features a spacious raised Pilothouse with center helm, navigation area and comfortable seating. Pilothouse doors both port and starboard allow deck access. Huge storage under pilothouse. Aft to starboard, four stairs lead to the large main salon area.
The Main Salon is attractively finished in mahogany paneling, with large commercial grade aluminum framed windows offering a panoramic view. Access to the accommodations is located aft to port via a beautiful curved staircase. A large bar/service galley is a separate area on the aft most port side, and opens to the aft deck, making the aft deck ideal for entertaining.
The accommodations deck is reached by the staircase from the salon, and opens in to a foyer, with the larger two staterooms aft and the smaller two forward. The two aft staterooms are identical with walk-in closet, and room for a king bed and assorted furniture. The ensuite heads are aft, up two steps, these spacious heads offer a large glass walled shower, toilet in private compartment and vanity.
The two smaller guest staterooms have room for either a queen bed or two twin beds and related furniture. Ensuite head with glass walled shower.
Wood work in these areas is mahogany paneling up to chair rail height and white panels with mahogany trim above, which serves to make the area bright and airy.
Head room in the accommodations deck and main deck is in excess of 7 feet.
The fifth guest stateroom is located forward of the salon and down a staircase. Arranged with an ensuite head and shower with an upper/lower berth combination.
The galley and crew areas are accessed from a staircase on the forward end of the salon.
Galley is equipped with all stainless commercial grade appliances including a Garland 4 burner gas stove, with oven, Garland grill, Garland deep fryer, icemaker, Isotherm refrigerators (2), large stainless range hood, Garland trash compactor, Frigidaire dishwasher and ProTex restaurant grade fire suppression system. Located in the floor is a very large built in deep freezer.
Crew quarters consist of two staterooms, one of which is the Captains with desk and office equipment, all with upper/lower berths and ensuite heads. Crew lounge.
