| Comments |
| This is a unique and classic double ended motor sailer. She projects charm and elegance and reflects a more genteel lifestyle. She has a rich history in her 84 years and 11 owners.
The yacht underwent a major refit between 1976 and 1984. Her last survey, in 2005, was performed while the vessel was undergoing general maintenance work, re-painting, anti-fouling, etc. The inspection was completed with no recommendations being made and with the statement that she was a strong and well built boat and well cared for.
She has huge, uncluttered decks with lovely pilothouse. Inside, there is a wonderful bridge and upper pilothouse salon with excellent visibility. The decor is traditional woodwork lovingly varnished and decorated in the period and style of her build. From the pilothouse, you can enter the very spacious lower salon, with large galley, master stateroom, 4 guest staterooms, crew quarters, engine room and storage.
Lots of volume, beautiful period detail, excellent condition. She is perfect as a gracious liveaboard cruiser and has been a popular moneymaker as a day cruiser at a luxury seaside resort. The yacht is registered as a Class VI Passenger Vessel and is currently licensed for use May to October for 36 passengers. Her well developed charter business complete with lease of her quay space and office are available separately at a very reasonable additional price. Details available upon request. |
