Opening "LORI JO III" is a beautifully maintained yacht. Her Euro transom stlye and richly decorated interior with recent furnishings is most warm and inviting. The layout awards itself well for entertaining and water activities. She is ready to cruise and be enjoyed by her new owner.
Accommodations Sleeps eight owners and guests in four staterooms plus two in crews cabin.
On the main deck the laundry room is forward followed by the galley then the raised pilothouse with the on deck head opposite. Next aft is the large and tastefully decorated salon. Forward in the salon is the entertainment center, which features a 50" Plasma TV, stereo system with 200 disc CD player and DVD/VCR combo. Next is the dining area with table and chairs for six and built-in cabinetry, all beautifully built. Opposite is a U-shaped dinette. Next aft are large crescent shaped built-in port and starboard settees with stowage underneath and a coffee table. Through the curved glass and S/S sliding aft door is the large aft deck. From here there are dual stairs up to the flybridge and down to the swim step.
The large flybridge is well laid out for entertaining, has a custom made fiberglass hard top, a fully equipped helm station followed by two helm seats and bench seats outboard. Next is a built-in BBQ to starboard and built-in wet bar to port. Further aft is a U-shaped dinette to port and a U-shaped settee to starboard. Aft are stairs to the lower deck then the boat deck. There are six teak chaise lounges and oval teak table and settee.
The large aft deck measures about 15' fore to aft, (about 300 sq ft). Below the aft section is a large and very useful lazarette which contains both gensets in sound boxes.
The beautiful decorated interior is finished in high gloss cherry wood, bamboo blinds and marble counters. All heads have marble counters and floors. The 16 opening S/S ports throughout the staterooms allow for good light and ventilation.

Staterooms The Master and two Guest staterooms are accessed from forward in the salon. The Master has an island king berth, sofa, desk, entertainment system and ensuite head with huge shower. The two Guest staterooms have twin berths, entertainment system and ensuite head and shower. Accessed from aft of the salon is the VIP stateroom and the engine room. The VIP stateroom has an island queen berth, Audio Vox LCD TV/DVD player and stereo and ensite head and shower. Crew Quarters are accessed from the galley area or foredeck and have double berth bunks, entertainment system and ensuite head and shower.
