Accommodations Three cabin/two head layout with master forward. Centerline queen berth in master with seperate shower and head to port and starboard. Salon has port side galley and large wrap around dinette to starboard. Nav Station is to starboard of the companionway with the day head/shower combination to port. Two large aft cabins with double berths. Three a/c units to control areas independently.
Galley The galley runs down the entire port side of the salon providing abundant space for preparation and serving meals. It includes a oversized refrigerator. Owner added seperate compressor for the freezer compartment in 2006. Also included a 4-burner LPG stove with oven, microwave, and loads of storage.
Dinette is just opposite and can seat 6-8 comfortably. It also converts to sleeping berth.
Engine /Mechanical Equipment Powered by Yanmar 75 turbo diesel with only 350 hours. Easy access and easy maintenance. Included is 3-blade Max-prop. Dual Racor 500 fuel filters added in 2006.
A 7 hp electric bow thruster is included.
Electrical System Electrical system is supported by a new Onan 8kw genset installed in 2006. Only 80 hours. Located in sound shield under dinette settee. Enough power to run all a/c's.
Electronics and Navigational Equipment With tthe split helm, there are redundant Raymarine Tridata (depth, Speed, and Log) and ST-60 AWI displays at each helm. At the throttle (starboard) helm, there is Raymarine ST-6001+ autopilot control and VHF remote mic. There is also a Raymarine RL80 color chartplotter at the nav station and a 10" plotter repeater in the cockpit.
Sails and Rigging The rig is a standard Z-spar in-mast furler and 135% genoa. The owner just added a gennaker on a Balmar continuous line furler. Fairleads are adjustable from the cockpit on Harken genoa tracks. All lines run aft to electric winches with a Lewmar 44ST on the coach roof and two Lewmar 54ST's for the genoa sheets.
