"MECCA" has been cruised by her current owners for 20 plus years and is reluctantly offered for sale. She is a fast, center cockpit, aft cabin, French built Ketch which has proven to be a safe and very comfortable vessel for live aboard. Her proven design is excellent for offshore sailing and she has logged many miles on the East coast and in the Bahamas.
Accommodations
Entering the salon from the cockpit the Nav station is to port with a small quarter berth aft of the nav station. Across from the nav station is a large L-shaped galley. The salon is large with "U" shaped settee to port with dinette table and settee to starboard. There is a pilot berth to port and to starboard above the settee has been converted to storage. Forward of the salon is the head compartment with vanity to port and head to starboard. Forward of the head area is the V-berth and access to the chain locker. There is plenty of storage,cabinets and hanging lockers thru out the vessel. Access to the aft cabin is from the cockpit and consist of a berth for two...
