Introduction Symposium has been beautifully maintained and upgraded by her current owner. Besides her good looks and high quality build, the IG-40 is noted for two very large staterooms, full upper and lower helms, aft sundeck and large, comfortable fly bridge. She's got AC, generator, radar, new canvas, lots of storage, and the preferred Caterpillar 3208 engine installation. NO TEAK DECKS. Symposium has been significantly ungraded but only lightly used by this owner. Her appearance is striking with dark green hull stripe and canvas, Hatteras off-white decks, and just enough exterior teak to pull it all together. Complete upgrades & maintenance records available.
Accommodations There are two very large staterooms one fore and one aft, each with a full ensuite head and over-sized shower stall. Voluminous drawer and locker storage is provided. Amidships is a large open galley and ajoining seating area to port. To starboard is the lower helm. This area is very open and bright. Lower helm sliding door gives port side deck access. Aft sun deck access from galley or salon is up three steps from the lower helm via a companionway door. Two steps up from the aft deck and you reach the covered flybridge with dual helm seats and guest seating for eight. Unobstructed sight lines in all directions from this upper helm.
