Introductory Comments Miracles is a four-stateroom vessel that features amenities found on much larger yachts. A full time captain and crew care for her. Her spacious interior, comfortable deck and cockpit are what have made this design so popular for cruisers. Her powerful ketch rig gives her the ability to be very versatile under sail and her 130 hp Perkins engine allows for comfortable cruising under power. Miracles makes a great boat for island hopping because of her shallow draft. She can also be cruised comfortably with guests over long voyages because of her extensive upgrades and two major re-fits the most recent in 2004.
Interior Accommodations This yacht can accommodate up to eight people in comfort with four private staterooms. Miracles has three zone air conditioning which controls the climate in all cabins. Her master cabin aft with en-suite head and centerline queen provides privacy and comfort for owners. The private head in this cabin has a stall shower and bathtub. There is a Head Hunter head system with Excalibur pumps for this head and the forward head. The cabin includes a comfortable seating area for relaxing away from the salon.
All three private cabins have TV/DVD players as well as 4 satellite radio-stations. Going forward from the master there is a passageway to the salon and galley close to centerline that has a fullsize dining area outboard. The dining area has a custom U-shaped settee with a beautiful handmade table for dining that drops to make a double berth. This berth is made private by a custom fit shade that drops to divide this space from the passageway. The Splendide washing machine and dryer are located opposite and near centerline of this dining area.
Forward of the dining area and port of the companionway is the aft facing navigation station which has a burl top. The navigation station is well located for quick access to the helm and has a complete selection of navigation equipment.
The salon is midships and features a straight settee to port that converts to a double berth and an L-shaped settee to starboard. There are two swivel chairs between the dining table and settee to starboard and the galley. Outboard of these seats are the two icemakers with wood veneered doors.
Located aft of the salon to port is Miracles' step down galley. This galley has white Corian countertops and features a propane Broadwater stove, Panasonic microwave, large refrigeration, a deep chest freezer and a Jura espresso machine.
Forward to starboard of the salon there are two more cabins and a guest head with stall shower. A guest cabin with over/under twin berths is located to the starboard of the passageway that leads to the VIP cabin forward. The guest cabin is very well appointed with a flat screen TV, DVD player and 4 satellite radio stations. The VIP cabin forward features another flat screen TV, DVD player and 4 satellite radio stations. When not in use as a sleeping cabin this space can be converted into a luxurious private seating area. These cabins share the upgraded forward head and shower.

Electrical System Miracles has a very well organized and updated electrical system. She has both 110 volt AC and 12 volt DC systems with all appropriate breakers. Her wiring was redone during her most recent re-fit in 2004, and now runs above the sole wherever possible. Her 16kw Northern Lights generator provides enough power to run any of the appliances and only has 1056 hours. For quiet evenings at anchor the Xantrex inverter can be used to power moderate 110 AC loads using the adequate battery banks. There are two 40amp Sentry battery chargers that can be run by the generator or the 30 amp shore power. Much of her lighting has been re-done during her re-fits. She has halogen lighting throughout, backlighting in many places and has full deck illumination for night time entertaining.

At the helm there are two chart plotters, a graphic display, a remote auto pilot and another Masterview display. Miracles has a remote vessel monitoring system and there are motion detectors in the VIP cabin forward, the main salon and the master cabin aft.

Hull and Deck White solid fiberglass hull construction accented by a blue Awlgrip boot stripe, teak caprail and light non-skid on beige decks make Miracles perfect for tropical sailing. A solid fiberglass hull and deck make her a very seaworthy and strong boat. The multiple deck hatches provide ventilation for the cabins below. She has a very generous center cockpit with a full complement of cushions and a dodger/bimini that has screens and isinglass for comfort in all conditions. The cockpit also features another beautiful teak table that folds down while underway. There are two propane grills and two charcoal grills on the aft deck. The deck has sunbathing cushions at midships and on the bow so guests can enjoy the spacious deck. The deck can be fully illuminated at night and has an XM-radio station that can be enjoyed at any time. Aft there is a lifting dive platform that has enough power to lift the 14 foot Nouvurania with its four stroke 60hp engine. A full complement of water toys can be stored in the lazarettes.
Sails and Rigging Miracles' ketch rig makes her very versatile and helps her perform well in all sea and wind conditions. A roller furling mainsail, mizzen, genoa and a club footed staysail give her the ability to be sailed short-handed. With all lines led to the cockpit two can easily handle her. As with everything on this special listing, Miracles' sails and rig are in near perfect condition
