The vsl is an all welded aluminum catamaran fitted
with a raked stern and a
rounded transom stern. All passenger spaces air
conditioned.
Main Deck: Fully enclosed and runs the full length
and breadth of the vsl.
This deck has gambling machines and tables forward
and aft and is equipped
with full service bars and sanitary facilities.
Main deck forward casino is
2,720 sq. ft. Main deck aft casino is 3,855 sq.ft.
Deck 01: Extends from the end of the forecastle to
the extreme stern of the
vsl. This deck has a nightclub forward and dining
room aft. Deck 01 saloon
is 2,230 sq.ft. Deck 01 dining room is 3,600 sq.ft.
Deck 02: Has an outside passenger observation deck
forward, a sports bar
amidships and an open passenger deck aft.
Deck 03: Uncovered and is location of navigation
bridge.
The vsl operates under a United States Coast Guard
Certificate of Inspection
(small passenger type K vessel) which expires April
2007. The vsl is limited
to Service in the Atlantic Ocean exposed waters not
more than 20 miles from
a safe harbor or refuge. She also holds an ABS
Tonnage Certificate issued
June 1997.
The vsl has been laid up

maintainence crew onboard.
