ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:
“Solitude” features a three stateroom layout- a spacious and airy forward owner’s cabin with center line queen berth with inner spring mattress. The forward cabin has a private head with vanity to port and private shower on the starboard side. Two private aft cabins have large double berths with inner spring mattresses, standing headroom and hanging lockers. The aft head has a private entrance to the starboard aft cabin, separate vanity and shower. The salon has a convertible dinette on the port side and two “captains” chairs on the starboard side. The galley is to port and is completely cruising equipped.

GALLEY:
Complete cruising galley with three burner LPG stove with oven, microwave oven, top and front loading refrigerator with separate freezer, double stainless steel sinks, Corian counter tops, built in trash bin and lots of storage cabinets and drawers. Fresh water tank capacity of 200 gallons.

HEAD(S):
Two complete marine heads: The forward head is private to the forward owner’s cabin with a sink and head to port and separate shower to starboard. The aft head has a private entrance from the starboard aft cabin and an entrance from the salon. Total holding tank capacity of 50 gallons.

ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:
Raymarine electronics that includes: ST60 knot, depth, wind, ST6000 below decks autopilot, chartplotter at helm, RCS30 at nav station. VHF with masthead antenna, AM/FM stereo CD player with four speakers, TV/VCR.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
“Solitude” is equipped with a 5.5kw diesel generator, twin dockside shore power with cords and pigtails, built-in solar panel, complete AC and DC breaker panel including Gen Set lockout and A/B shore power service, Inverter with 100 amp battery charger, electric automatic bilge pump, two shower sumps and two macerators. Tank gauges include fuel, water and waste. Two 4D house batteries, one G24 engine start battery, 12v lighting, multiple AC outlets, inverter draw selector switch, house battery selector breakers, engine start battery switch, electric anchor windlass with chain gypsy.

SAILS & RIGGING:
Masthead B&R double spreader rig with internal halyards, Selden in-mast furling system, solid boom vang, Harken mainsheet traveler on arch, 110% furling jib, inboard genoa tacks, all lines led aft to coach roof sheet stoppers, four self tailing two-speed sheet and halyard winches, removable inner forestay.

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS:
Fresh water cooled, 76 HP Yanmar inboard diesel engine, 5.5kw Northern Lights diesel generator with only 281 hours. 100 gallon fuel tank, two zone air conditioning system with reverse cycle heat.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT:
ACR 406 EPIRB with integral GPS, bow and stern pulpit with dual lifelines, fire extinguisher, Delta and Bruce anchors with swivels, chain and rope rode.

CANVAS AND OTHER MISC:
Extra large custom bimini, cockpit cushions, dinghy with 6 HP Mercury outboard motor.
