ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:   The spacious salon is well ventilated with many opening ports and hatches.  The owner’s suite offers a queen-size berth, its own separate MarineAire reverse cycle air conditioning and heating system, as well as ensuite sit down bath/shower and head. The guest stateroom has a full double berth.  The salon has a large dinette table that converts to a double berth or can be raised overhead and out of the way for a more spacious salon.  A double settee to port has an armrest/wine rack hidden in the center.  The entertainment center includes a built-in TV, VCR and stereo.  Oyster colored leather cushions give the salon a real feeling of luxury. The two MarineAire air conditioners with reverse cycle heat will maintain a comfortable temperature.
 
GALLEY:   The C- shaped galley with wide Corian countertops, plenty of prep space, dual opening Grunert refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, twin stainless steel sinks with hot/cold pressurized water, Force 10 three- burner propane oven/ stove and a built-in microwave oven make food preparation a delight.  
 
HEAD(S): Two heads – one mid cabin accessible from the salon and cockpit areas and one in the owner’s suite with combination shower and bathtub behind a custom shower door.  The boat’s 200 gallon fresh water supply tank is fully automated and is complimented with a Spectra 16 water maker; custom installed in one of the huge transom lockers. 
 
ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:  This boat boasts a comprehensive navigation package. The components include a Raytheon ST7000 autopilot, Raytheon RL70C color radar/chartplotter with dual display at helm and nav station, Raytheon ST 60 speed, depth and wind indicator over companionway, Icom IC-M710 SSB at nav station with weather fax modem, Horizon Spectrum VHF at navstation and RAM at helm, Raytheon Ray52 VHF at companionway with arch mounted antenna, three C-map chips (for Chesapeake, Florida, Bahamas/Caribbean). The Stern arch and accessories accommodate the radar antenna, wind generator, dingy davits, outboard lifting arm, VHF antenna, solar panels and the Raytheon 4 kw radar dome. 
 
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:  The electrical system, backed up by a Kohler 8 kw Genset, Heart 2500 inverter and battery charger and 3 Siemens 100 W (100 watts each) solar panels on the transom arch, give you the power to remain independent of the shore for extended periods of real cruising.
 
SAILS & RIGGING:  Sails include UK in-mast furled mainsail and new Doyle furling head sail, convertible staysail inner fore stay and Quantum heavy duty sail,  Quantum spinnaker in snuffer. The sail handling inventory includes Lewmar 44ST winches for the mainsheet and halyards, Lewmar 84ST for the jib and staysail sheets, and added Lewmar 50ST for the spinnaker sheets. Additionally, Endless Summer has a heavy weather staysail and a Dutchman boom brake.   
 
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS:   The engine is a durable Yanmar 75 HP turbocharged system with a 100 gallon fuel capacity. It has been custom fitted with dual crossover Raycor 500 fuel filters and added port side engine access through the shower. The Racor dual fuel delivery manifold allows you to switch filters while the engine stays running.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT:  Winslow 6- man life raft in canvas valise packed for offshore use and survival, abandon ship bag, horseshoe rescue buoy, 406 EPIRB with GPS fix, MOB pole with type IV attached, extra pad eyes and jack lines for offshore protection, mast mounted radar reflector added. Mast top running lights with emergency strobe light, custom made Lee Cloth’s for berths and shelves. 
 
CANVAS AND OTHER EXTRAS: Full cockpit enclosure, cockpit and deck cushions, oversized Delta anchor with 150’ chain and 100’ rope rode on electric windlass.  Fortress secondary anchor with 75’ chain and 100’ rope road, fresh water deck/anchor wash, Avon 10’ inflatable dinghy with accessories in rollup bag, davits on arch, Mercury 6hp four cycle outboard with lift crane and Force10 rail mounted propane BBQ. 
 
This is a one-owner boat, never chartered, loaded and ready to live aboard and cruise the seven seas. Just point this boat at the horizon and go.
