The raised roofline, polished S/S ports and pronounced overhang or "Eyebrow" of the Deck Salon allow for brilliant sunshine, incredible headroom and panoramic views from the huge salon.

Hunter is intent on making sailing safer and easier. By utilizing the signature B&R Rig, matching it with a powerful sail plan and properly placing the running rigging Hunter allows all sail handling from the safety of the cockpit. The innovative overhead arch provides a safe and out of the way place for the traveler, keeps the deck clear of the usual clutter and provides a perfect mounting point for EOS' Bimini and full canvas enclosure including dodger side curtains with screens and rollup "glass, affording almost an extra room to enjoy."

Swing -out doors allow for easy access at the companionway and wide teak steps and handrails allow safe entry and exit from below.
"EOS" was commissioned in the fall of 2006. She is in the water available for viewing by appointment.

Numerous additions and upgrades were made to this luxurious yacht. Among those were a Vetus bow thruster with cockpit controls, 220' all-chain rode, separate Sony stereo/CD for the cockpit, Custom Bose 321 CD/DVD/AM/FM Audio Visual System with remote controls & 15" Flat Screen Sharp TV. Custom Covers & Canvas fitted her with a high quality canvas package with frame that features 11 different combinations of canvas configurations. The firm also designed a Custom Winter cover with frame to protect your investment.

Below decks an extensive nav station, ships service center and convenient head are located aft to starboard. To port is a high-gloss table set in the dinette area that will host the entire crew, while the Bose entertainment system and Sharp Flat-panel TV will entertain.

The 44DS has anything but a normal galley. A separate, custom S/S refrigerator and freezer flank the L-shaped galley. Corian counters house dual deep S/S sinks with pullout faucet, that are recessed and surrounded by teak fiddles which double as hand holds. A lighted dish cabinet, complete with Hunter dishware, a clever slide-out pantry, range hood over the range and oven and a unique custom back plash are just some of the surprises that will make even the gourmet envious. A large pantry provides ample storage for goods lies recessed into the bulkhead next to the freezer & microwave.

The aft master stateroom includes a centerline queen berth with a comfortable innerspring mattress that makes making the bed easy. There are also plenty of hanging lockers and deep drawers for extended cruising and living aboard. Just forward of the stateroom is a dual-entrance head with separate shower stall. The forward guest stateroom includes a V-berth plus a separate head with shower stall.
