Accommodations

The Hunter emphasis on spaciousness and comfort is obvious the moment you ascend the wide companionway and is enhanced by  the light wood finish and cream upholstery.  To port is the large, L-shaped galley with double sink, overhead stowage, large refrigerator and freezer, microwave and stove, as well as plenty of storage.Behind the galley is a door into the aft cabin, which has a huge bed, closets on either side of the cabin and shelves along the starboard hull as well as a vanity mirror amidships.  If you leave the aft cabin via a door to starboard, you enter the aft head which has shower and toilet.  Another door takes you into the salon.  Just forward of the head compartment, to starboard is the navigation area with large chart table and a full range of navigation equipment. Forward of that is a full-length settee which has storage below the seats; the TV is set into the forward bulkead, just above the settee.  The main area of the salon, to port, is the u-shaped sitting area around a very large table, which has a fold-up section that reaches to the starboard settee, and which can be lowered to form a double berth.  Above the settees on both sides of the salon are storage lockers.  The V-berth, with forward head to port, can be accessed through a door in the forward bulkhead.

Brokers Remarks

Lady Di is a clean, well-kept boat. The systems are in good working order and she is ready to sail away. She has a large, accommodating cockpit, high dodger with large ‘windows’ for good visibility, and many of the neat features for which Hunter is renowned: the swim-ladder that folds up to form a solid gate at the stern of the cockpit, the combined double instrument pod and cockpit table, ‘hanging’ storage area above the sinks in the galley, corion countertops in galley and heads, all halyards coming back to the cockpit, making it easy to sail short-handed.  The spacious and light aft cabin is the best one can find in any aft-cockpit boat of this size.   Lady Di’s current owner does not have the time to use and enjoy her and he is eager to pass her on to someone who will enjoy what this sturdy boat has to offer.
