ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: Above decks you will find a circular cockpit that was meant for entertaining. Features include a walk-thru transom, hot/cold transom shower, stern rail seats and an icebox and cockpit table in the helm pedestal. Below decks the large and airy salon is well lit and roomy enough to seat seven for dinner and is outfitted with custom interior fabrics. A total of 16 opening ports and hatches assure wonderful ventilation on even the hottest days. All opening ports come with screens and the fixed ports in the main salon have accordion window shades. The large master stateroom offers a queen size birth athwart ships, custom bedding fabric, seating, storage bins/drawers and two large hanging lockers (one is wet). The v-berth offers guests a private stateroom with vanity, under berth storage and hanging locker. GALLEY: Complete cruising galley features include a three burner gimbaled LPG stove with oven, Corian countertops, double stainless steel sinks, top loading refrigerator with a separate freezer, microwave oven, and under-counter trash can. Ample storage is provided with several cabinets and drawers. The galley also features a built-in dish rack. HEAD(S): Fully enclosed head aft with separate shower and entrances from both the aft cabin and main salon, Corian countertops and large mirrored medicine cabinet as well as additional storage under the vanity sink. ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT: Raymarine ST60 wind, depth and knot meter, VHF radio, stereo, cd player with four speakers, ST6000 autopilot, Garmin GPS 182C at helm and additional Garmin 170C at chart table, Dantenna TV stereo antenna at masthead. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: 12 volt system with large panel, battery charger, Link 10 battery monitor, dual 30 amp service with breakers, separate house and start batteries with switch. SAILS & RIGGING: The sail inventory includes UK sails mainsheet and 110% jib, in-mast main furling system, roller furling jib, four Lewmar winches on the cabin top with all controls led aft. The traveler is located on the stainless steel arch, providing excellent control from the cockpit as well as a secure attachment point for the bimini. Also included is a cruising spinnaker/flasher with sock and halyard. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS: “September Rose” features a freshwater cooled Yanmar 40 hp diesel engine, 30 gallon fuel tank, 75 gallon water tank, 35 gallon holding tank, tank gauges, reverse cycle air conditioning and dual propane lockers (one tank). SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Anchor with combination rope chain rode, electric anchor windlass, dual lifelines, manual and electric bilge pumps. CANVAS AND OTHER EXTRAS: Custom dark navy blue bimini and winch covers, four cabin fans, 10’ inflatable dinghy and Tohatsu outboard motor, factory cockpit cushions. COMMENTS: This boat proves to have been lightly used and enjoyed on the Chesapeake Bay by its original owners. The easily driven hull form, combined with the in mast furling makes the 380 a dream to sail short handed.
