ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:
“Brigadoon” has many features that make her the perfect boat for Chesapeake Bay cruising. These include a spacious master aft cabin for two with a large berth and plenty of storage space. Forward, the two person private V-berth has an opening hatch with screen for fresh air and a storage area under the berth. The salon is extremely well lit, with multiple teak handrails overhead, 6’2” headroom, extensive ventilation with 5 screened opening ports and hatches, and a dinette that converts to a berth with storage behind the seats. Below decks, you will also find a private head with sink and shower, full galley, and a well-equipped navigation station.

GALLEY:
The complete and functional galley holds a two burner Force 10 LPG stovetop, large stainless steel sink with hot/cold pressure water, microwave, and refrigerator. Storage space is abundant with cabinets behind the counter space, under the sink, and under the stove.

HEAD(S) & Showers:
The Jabsco marine head with wood accents and plenty of storage space features a hot/cold water shower, large opening port with screen, large vanity with storage behind mirror and under sink. The head is connected to a 20-gallon holding tank with macerator.

ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:
Electronics include a Raytheon ST-60 Wind instrument, Autohelm ST-40 Knot/Depth instruments, VHF radio, and AM/FM radio w/CD.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
The electrical system on “Brigadoon” includes multiple AC outlets throughout the cabin, 120v shore power, 12v DC battery switch, electric automatic bilge pump, and running lights with steaming and anchor lights.

SAILS & RIGGING:
Standard rig includes a large batten mainsail w/flaking system, 110% furling jib w/UV sail cover, internal halyards led aft to cockpit, 2-self tailing winches, line stoppers and organizers, mainsheet on arch, inboard adjustable jib tracks w/cars, and mast mounted Windex wind indicator.

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS:
Engine power on “Brigadoon” is drawn from a Yanmar 18hp, two cylinder fresh water cooled diesel engine.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT:
This boat is equipped with the required USCG safety equipment.

CANVAS AND OTHER EXTRAS:
Walk through transom with swim platform aids in great entertaining. A Danforth anchor, cockpit cushions, bimini top aft of arch, and hot/cold cockpit shower are also included on “Brigadoon”.
