ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: Forward, you’ll find a private V-berth for two with an opening hatch and screen and storage under berth. To starboard, there is a dinette that can convert to a berth with storage behind the seats. The navigation station is starboard and is complete with 4 12-volt outlets and all electrical controls. Below decks, you’ll also find a private head with sink and shower, full galley, and a master aft cabin. The master aft cabin is spacious with a large berth and plenty of storage. The salon is extremely well lit, has multiple teak handrails overhead, 6’2” headroom, and extensive ventilation with five opening ports and hatches (all with screens.) GALLEY: The galley has generous storage space with cabinets behind the counter space, under the sink, and under the stove. There is a top-loading ice box with a shelf, cutting board, two burner Force 10 LPG stove, and a stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water. HEAD(S): The head has an opening port with screen, large vanity with storage behind mirrors, and under the sink. The sink has hot and cold pressure water with a shower attachment and a drain in the floor pan. The head is Jabsco electric flush conversion with an Earth Safe in line treatment and freshener system. It is connected to a 20 gallon holding tank with a macerator for off shore discharge. ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT: There is an Icom M-127 VHF radio, Si-Tex NavAd 6000 NT chartplotter with C-map NT chip covering the Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries and Delaware Bay, and GPS at the navigation station. In the cabin, you’ll find an AM/FM CD stereo with Cambridge five speaker system. At the helm is a Sunto compass and viewable from the helm or cockpit are a dual scale inclinometer and Raytheon Autohelm ST-60 series speed, knot and depth instruments, and 9” color TV. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Stainless steel dockside 30-amp power inlet with cord, stainless steel dockside phone/cable TV inlet, multiple AC outlets in cabin, dual 12-volt batteries with a heavy duty switch and 30 amp charger, 40 gallon pressure water system with a Seaward 6 gallon hot water heater (AC or engine heat), electric automatic bilge pump, running lights with steaming and anchor lights, recessed halogen dome, and swiveling reading lamps throughout the cabin, tank quantity indicators on water and waste tanks. SAILS & RIGGING: Anodized B&R single spreader fractional rig, large roach battened mainsail, 110% furling jib on Selden Furlex 100S with UV sail cover, 2 jiffy reefs, lazy jacks, mainsail cover, deck organizers, line stoppers, 6 rope clutches, 2 spin locks, two Lewmar self tailing winches, inboard adjustable jib tracks with cars, mainsheet on arch, and Windex wind indicator at the top of the mast. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS: 2001 Yanmar 2 cylinder fresh-water cooled diesel engine with Morse controls, Racor fuel filter/water separator, and Sherwood sea water strainer on raw water side of heat exchanger. SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Life jackets, life jacket bag, throwable device, handheld flares, and signaling air horn, double lifelines around entire deck, 2 fire extinguishers (in galley and nav. station), automatic and manual electric bilge pump and a manual emergency bilge pump, emergency tiller, ring buoy mounting bracket, Danforth anchor with chain and nylon twist rode, six dock lines and a boat hook. CANVAS AND OTHER EXTRAS: Walk-thru transom with swim platform, main sail, and a stainless steel railing, with integrated seats, bimini, cockpit cushions; West Marine inflatable dinghy with Minn Kota electric outboard. Less than 100 hours on engine. COMMENTS: This is a great, comfortable sailboat that is very easy to handle, spacious accommodations, great for day sailing or weekends. It has everything you need, not only to sail, but when you are not sailing. The transom shower is very refreshing after a hard day of sailing. Only selling because I don’t have the time to enjoy it.
