This is a beautiful boat. It has been set up as a full time luxurious cruising liveaboard by a knowledgable couple who’s plans have changed.. Every system has been completely gone thru, upgraded or restored. Everything was done to keep the boat straightforward, simple and reliable, the way it was made when new. Proven original systems have been preserved wherever possible.
The exterior appearance is Exceptional, with gleaming awlgrip from flybridge to bootstripe. The enclosed aft deck was carefully done in character with the original vessel design, adding heated and air conditioned interior space, as well as additional usable flybridge area. The full length flybridge and cockpit give ample outside living space and the large wrap around windows in the aft deck give you an close option when the weather is uncooperative. On the Flybridge all instrument, controls and gauges have been gone thru and replaced or restored. Electronics consist of a stand alone Simrad Chartsounder and Icom 120. Addtionally, there are overhead lights, a high quality Jenson Marine stereo with CD and remote, with PolyPlaner speakers in the bridge as well as Bose speakers hidden in the cockpit below. Seating is all new. The cockpit has a teak cocktail table and under-combing as well as overhead lights and new chairs.
Inside the vessel is also exceptional, end to end, all interior wood was restored to like new condition using the correct Dupont finishes. The Sony flatscreen is flush-mounted into the teak helmseat where it does not intrude. A Bose lifestyle system is similarly hidden where it can be heard but not seen. All the air conditioning is new( Reverse cycle Cruise-Air with digital controls). Additionally, there is a Hurricane Diesel Furnace, with 4 digital zones as well as radiators in the machinery areas, keeping this boat as warm as a house no matter what latitude you may be in. . In the helm the original style gauges all remain, while being complemented by a top-line Simrad Radar/Chartplotter/sounder and another Icom 120. All electronics on each helm are completely “standalone”, down to relying on different power sources. Again, all lower helminstruments, controls and gauges have been gone thru and replaced or restored.
Both Electrical Distribution Panels have been completely gone thru, as has the boat wiring in general: all connections have been attended to, all unused wire removed, remainder sorted, straightened and any issues attended. All New Main and Starting Batteries and Battery Cables. New shore power cable. Two separate telephone systems are in parallel in each room one for high speed internet. The boat is also wired for satellite as well as having a new multidirectional TV antenna hidden under the flybridge.
All plumbing was gone thru, all heads rebuilt/replaced, all sea cocks serviced, every hose in the boat replaced and all clamps updated/replaced. PAR SR Fresh water pump rebuilt. Hot Water heater replaced with Raritan Marine 20 gallon unit. All Faucets, Showers and shower sumps were rebuilt, replaced or restored.

Motors run to Detroit Diesel Spec, . Bilges are spotless, Engine rooms detailed.
