Boarding Casa Blanca the layout is as follows: Pilothouse is forward with ample room for communication and navigation electronics. Just aft of the Pilothouse is the fully equipped Galley with ample storage space, electric range and oven, Sharp microwave oven, double Corian sinks with disposal, full size GE refrigerator/freezer, and oversized dinette (opposite to starboard) with a new custom corian table. Proceeding aft is the Main Salon, which takes advantage of the vessels 18' 7" beam. Large custom windows, overhead lighting and custom headliner give the Salon an airy open feeling. The Salon also features custom built-in cabinets and reupholstered furniture. Beyond the Main Salon is a custom Aft Deck (1998) with wet bar, icemaker, u-shaped seating, and high/low cocktail/dining corian table. The Aft deck can be open or enclosed by an EZ2CY enclosure. Below the Aft Deck is a huge Lazerette for storage. From the salon, you will find a curving stairway leading to the Master Suite and Guest Staterooms below. The Master Stateroom offers a king-sized berth, vanity, walk-in cedar lined wardrobe locker, dressers with drawer storage, and a full head with tub/shower combination. Forward of the Master Stateroom are two Guest Staterooms, each with twin berths, hanging lockers, dresser with drawer storage and private head with stall/shower. The aft companionway also features a linen locker. Forward and accessed by a curved stairway from the Pilothouse is the Crew Quarters. This area provides a Captain's Stateroom to port and Crew Stateroom to starboard with upper and lower berths. Connected (forward) to both berths is a full head/shower. Adjoining is a comfortable lounge area with dinette,food preparation area with sink, electric surface unit, and under-counter refrigerator/freezer, and washer and dryer.
