The 43 Double Cabin was a very popular boat for Hatteras, and she had a notably successful production run. She was originally designed to replace the then-aging Hatteras 41 Twin Cabin model back in 1971, and her popularity kept her in production for the next thirteen years. Construction is solid fiberglass, and her modified-V hull features shallow deadrise at the transom and a long keel for stability. Inside, the salon is extremely open, and teak paneling and cabinetry are found in every cabin.
REMARKS:Great older classical cruiser that has been well maintained waiting for a new captain.
