Overview
BERRETIN has received meticulous care by her fastidious owners who have cleaned and maintained every inch of the bilge, clean her weekly from bridge to bilge and lovingly maintain her to the highest standards.
Her salon was redecorated with newly covered furniture, tables, accessories and the entire boat has been detailed & buffed in 2005/2006.

Accommodations & Layout
The interior is outfitted with the popular ash finish, accented by off-white ultra suede upholstery & headliner, plush patterned baize carpeting & co-ordinating valances/mini blinds. There is excellent natural lighting from the large salon windows.
Two zone reverse cycle air conditioning makes the interior comfortable in a variety of climates.
Starting forward is the guest stateroom featuring portside upper and lower single berths, a sitting area to starboard, and cabinets with countertop storage. There is en-suite access to the forward head compartment and a separate stall shower. Additional access to this head compartment is from the galley area. The "down" galley being opposite and to port.
Stepping up 3 steps is the main salon, with a combination ice maker/storage/liquor cabinet, an L-shaped convertible sofa and hi-lo cocktail/dining table. Opposite is an additional L-shaped seating area with storage beneath, and a flush mounted TV.
Primary access to the machinery space is from a hatch in the forward centerline area of the salon.
Stepping aft and down 2 steps leads to the master stateroom. A combination washer/dryer is located on the starboard side of this short passageway.
The master centerline queen berth is surrounded by built-in night stands and bureaus, all with generous storage. The master stateroom features a large cedar lined hanging locker and private head compartment with a separate stall shower.
The salon and master stateroom are plushly carpeted.
Access to the deck is through the salon to starboard, up 2 steps to the well protected doorway and then up 2 more steps to the sundeck.
This is a very comfortable interior with outstanding private quarters for 2 parties or a family. The good sized salon is perfect for entertaining.

Decks
The highlight of the deck layout is the large, comfortable enclosed sun deck. A factory fiberglass hard top supports an electric dinghy davit; dinghy chalks, and also supports the entire SunBrella sun deck enclosure.
Portside forward and up 2 steps is access to the flybridge which includes the helm console, surround seating for 6 or more, and access to the hard top. 360 degree visibility is excellent.
From the sun deck there is port and starboard easy step-down access to the well protected side decks leading forward to the large fore deck.
The swim platform is accessed via a vertical transom mounted ladder from the sun deck. The design of the deck layout works extremely well and flows from one area to another for ease of movement whether one is dockside or at sea.
